The location is great - a very short walk to the beach. The pool was great and good size. The property was very clean and cozy. Minus one star because there was only 1 roll of thin (dollar store type) toilet paper and a half-used roll of paper towel for a 6-day stay for a family of 4 and we ran out of both a few days into our stay. We texted the host and she said she would contact the housekeeper to see if she was around, but does not guarantee anything. The host never got back to me on this - did not say yes or no, so we had to go to publix and buy some basic supplies. Did not appreciate the extra trip to buy something that should've been supplied by the host and more importantly, getting no further updates from the host.

WORKING VACATION
THIS WAS A GREAT CONDO AND EVERYTHING WAS AS LISTED. ENJOYED THE SHORT WALK TO THE BEACH EACH DAY AND THE POOL WAS CLEAN AND EVERYONE WAS VERY NICE.

Nice Condo
Nice condo just a shirt 5 minute walk to the beach. We had a great time. Just a few things that could have been better. Coffee pot dripped a lot . Needs updated. Nice beach items to use but no beach towels supplied. Most places I have stayed had them. No dressers to unpack your clothes in. Minimal toilet paper and no hand soap at kitchen. Just a few things that would have made the stay better. Other than that great location to stay and very clean!

First time in Miramar Brach
We spent most of our time biking, walking on the beach, or reading at the pool area. The condo was adequate for sleeping and showering, but I am glad that I didn’t plan to do any cooking. There’s very little counter space and no dish towels. The coffee maker was weird, had no instructions and appeared to need a good cleaning- not the kind of appliance suited for rental property. The furniture could be reevaluated for usefulness and space efficiency.

Best value overall
We stay here simply to spot out other locations for our summer trip we were planning. The condo was nice but could use some updated furniture for better comfort on longer stays. The amenities were nice but the pool went under maintenance after our first day there so that was a bummer. The locker downstairs has almost everything you would need for a day at the beach. The view from the sun deck on the 20th floor was worth the WHOLE STAY in my opinion. Overall we would stay here again for a quick trip.

Nice apartment
Nice, comfortable and well-equipped apartment, located on the second floor. Very well maintained. The beach is approximately 10 minutes walk, many swimming pools and activities to do on site such as fishing, golf and biking. Unfortunately the internal parking lot is not big enough and when leaving at night I had to park outside about 5 minutes from the building. The area is very safe. It took me a little while to get to the location the first time, I called the hoster and she gave me more details. I would go to the place again and recommend it. Feedback

Great Place
The property was as stated with new renovations. The price was right and the pool and beach were just steps away. Great location near excellent restaurants and shopping as well. The property owner gives excellent check-in information and responds quickly. From check-in to check-out everything went smoothly. We will definitely be back to this property in the near future!

Perfect!
It was absolutely perfect condo for 2 adults and 2 small kids. Condo beautiful and clean. Close walk to the pool and beach. And the best host! She responded quickly and answered all questions we had! Will definitely be coming back!

Quick Weekend
We were in town for 3 days and stayed in a lovely room. We had a less than 2 minute walk to the beach. The property owner was quick to respond to any needs. We had a great time and would do this again!

Great resort stay
This is a great property and a great location easy walk to the beach plenty of shopping and dining opportunities within a 5-10 minute drive. The property was very clean the perfect place for 2-4 people. We would for sure stay there again love this area and what it has to offer.

Great Location-Resort is beautiful-Condo needs updates.
The location and resort is simply great. The pool is huge! (Not heated though) The walk to the beach is short, about 5 minutes. Check in was very easy! The kitchenette was great to have along with all of the silverware. The condo needs updates: -Shower head is old and rotted out. -Both TVs are old and cheap. Small smart TVs would be a really easy improvement. -The sofas are full of either human or pet hair? -The tan blanket used for the main bed is also full of hair. The price was fair compared to the surrounding area,but I think with these updates it would be truly worth it.

Great location
Property was at a great location. Less than 5 minute walk to the beach and minute access to outside pool and jacuzzi. Publix and walmart are very close by as well. We would have give a 5 rating if the property had bath mats, bath supplies, more kitchen utensils and basic condiments, and comforters.

Great location
Pros: Condos location is great, a short walk to an amazing private beach. Nice that the condo is located on the first floor, and the grounds around the condo is beautiful. The owner does a good job of providing beach chairs, umbrella, and sand toys. Cons: The condo decor needs an major update dark & dingy. No extra sheets/pillowcases for pull out couch. Master bed is not comfortable, the box spring does not have a cover. Both tv’s are way to small (32”) to enjoy a movie. The coffee pot only makes one 16oz cup at a time. Overall, we would definitely stay on the Luau property again. However, we would choose a different condo.

It was absolutely awesome not enough time only thing i didnt like was no access to golf cart they didnt allow outside rentals so you have to book a condo with golf cart.
