Stayed in this unit from August 4 through August 8, 2024 and was very pleased. The communication with Phyllis at Beach Blue was excellent and she was able to answer all our questions prior to our arrival. The access to the Sandestin Resort, parking garage, building access and room access went very smoothly, with no issues. The unit was very well maintained, with no visible signs of any issues that needed repair. This was our first experience with renting through VRBO and Beach Blue and it was a very positive one! I highly recommend the unit, especially with the second full bathroom. Our daughter was able to sleep on the sofa and have her own bathroom and we didn't have to pay for a condo that had two bedrooms in order to get that second bathroom, so that is a Win Win!! Would definitely stay there again!

We WILL be back!
Sandestin is an incredible resort with everything you need without ever having to leave the property! The location of this condo was PERFECT. Easy walking distance to Baytowne Wharf with tons of food and entertainment. Condo was perfect for a couple or small family with everything we needed. Phyllis was amazing … responding quickly to questions and requests!!

Awesome Mini Vacation Getaway
We had a great mini vacation. Room was so cute and clean and self check in was great, no issues. We love our stay. The parking garage took a little to figure out how to get to room, but everything was great. Property Manager was great to help me book the unit and any questions I had she was so prompt on getting back to me. I would recommend to stay at this condo. The resort is beautiful, the pool is so nice and you are just steps away from the village at Baytowne wharf. Can't wait to go back.

A Pleasant Experience
I was attracted to the furnishing on the site and access to the wharf experience. The nightly live music and restaurants made the expected better. This particular condo is perfectly located! Highly recommend!

All we could want...
The property was clean, comfortable and quiet. Just what we needed for a short vaca. Our property manager, Phyllis did an excellent job communicating and seeing that our needs were met. Honestly deserving of FIVE STARS.

It was very difficult finding this place due to is couple of Resort convine Lastra The Grand and Effie Hotel But it have a nice hot tub and pools Amenities trams to take you to the beach, places but you have to be in time other wise you have to wait 30 minutes You will live that is near Restaurants in the place you don’t have to even get out if you don’t wanted Recommend 💯 Other than place wasn’t clean. We had a great time at this location! It was right next to the Wharf, close to the pool and the shuttle to the beach was easy. The place was cute, super clean, and well furnished! We would definitely stay again!

Very nice
We've been coming to the area for more than 30 years. Our lodgings were first rate. People were great two. There were two things that bothered us a bit. First, there were several activities in your brochure that were not available to us as guests who booked with third parties. Second, the fire alarms in the entire building went off and we could reach no one. there was no one on duty in the building and we had no way of reaching anyone. Finally, after fifteen minutes they went off. No on, including fire department, showed up. If there had been a real fire it could have been a real problem.
