The place is quiet, it s very easy to access to the park and the landlord is very nice and helpful with guests. And the restaurant is excellent after a long day hike ! "Located just 15 minutes from the entrance to Sequoia Park, around 45 min to the Congress trail and 1h30 from entrance to Kings Canyon. Convenient cabins with full kitchen. Martha was really great and helpful. Great coffee and food places are right next door. I recommend to fill gas before coming as prices are high and download internet stuff before you come as there is no cell phone reception and wifi does not reach well the cabins. Best wifi is outside in the balconies. "

"We really enjoyed staying at Ash Mountain for many reasons. To begin with, the setting is superb: a quiet mountain overlooking a river. The constant sound was super peaceful. Communication with Lori, the owner, was great and she helped us to ensure a pleasant stay. "The dome was one of our all-time favorite VRBOs. It is beautifully decorated and spacious for two people and all of our bags and hiking equipment. The view is absolutely spectacular! We were immediately relieved by the AC upon entering and happy to have hot showers after being in the great outdoors. Having access to a washer and dryer was a luxury, too! "It's a very basic place. I think I paid a lot more that the place its worth. Maybe if I arrived directly, the fees would have been much lower. I feel scammed. The place is a good place but not for the price I paid. I paid almost the same in the W San Francisco Hotel! Not happy."
