The worst and uncomfortable stay I had in my life
I reached here at 12:30, when they didn’t had the room arranged, I went for my lunch and when I was back I was shocked to learn that there is no booking under my name in this property, and infact they said this property name is not lala land anymore, it has been changed to some hotel French code which the owner Shyam mentioned, hotel lala land was runned on lease by some Lebanese guy, but he is no more on the board because of some internal issues, however the booking confirmation still goes to him for lala land . The current owner Shyam helped me to call this guy and check about the booking confirmation, but while talking to him I was so petrified because of his arrogance behavior, he said he don’t have any booking confirmation with him for my stay. I was like in a no mans land horrified about my situation, and due to new year eve all the nearby hotels was fully occupied. Then finally mr. Shyam out of courtesy offered me a place in one of his abandoned house which I had to take because I had no options left with me and the stay at this place was very scary as I was the only person staying in this house. This was the worst incident I faced out of all my hotel stays. Now I fear to use the app for my hotel bookings. I hope Hotels.com will take some corrective measures to resolve this issue in this property make a change in your display as well, so that no one should be trapped like me in this unpleasant situation.
