"We will be relocating to the Charlotte area and are in the process of building a home. The cottage proved to be in a very convenient area for us and in a relatively quiet neighborhood. The biggest thing is that we felt safe. Also, the rental was so perfectly stocked, we immediately felt very welcomed. There were fresh flowers, fruit, muffins, water, and a snack bag upon arrival. "This place had all of the convenience of home and then some. Beautiful sun room that overlooks the pool area and river. Our stay was short so we did not get a chance to use the hot tub but it was sanitized and ready to go. Very nice neighborhood. Kevin was very quick to respond and super accommodating. We would highly recommend this property. "

The kids loved it and even though we were there in the winter and were unable to enjoy the lake to the fullest the view was outstanding.
