Firstly thank you for having us. As mentioned before I am a patient person but far from impressed about our stay at the 14 Donkin Lane priority. Upon arrival the lock box was wide open with keys in the box. We proceeded to enter the property to find bifold doors that were seized shut and only 1 door able to be opened, this takes away completely from the ascetics of booking a beach front property. Secondly, unless my partner was handy there would have been no way of getting the middle clear roller blind up on the deck as the roller was jammed. There is a broken leg on one of the cane chairs on the deck. We were advised on check in that the cook top was unusable and broken, we were more than accommodating and were fine to use the bbq for cooking however, upon using only were faced with only 1/3rds of the bbq lighting. It should be noted the range hood is also broken in the kitchen and most of the cupboard doors are that out of line and swollen that they no longer shut properly. The aircon in the main bedroom doesn’t work, YES an electrician was arranged to attend the property for this on Sunday and it blew cold air for NO MORE than 20 mins then went back to not working and blowing NO cold air. Light to the master bedroom mirror doesn’t work along with the light dimmers. The toilet door in the master bedroom doesn’t close (therefore no privacy!) your couldn’t hang cloths in the master bedroom due to not being able to slide/move the wardrobe door. The light in the bedroom with the two single beds kept turning on once the switch was off, the electrician who attended the property did change the bulb. The door to this bedroom also doesn’t close correctly and is nearly off it’s hinges. The roller blind in the main bedroom had no cord on it, it’s either all the way up or fully down and unrolled all over the ground. The bathroom floor to the main bathroom floods the bathroom floor when having a shower so all cloths left on the ground get soaking wet. All beds are that hard that they are nearly not sleep-able. I am currently 6 months pregnant and sleeping with no air conditioning at this time of year and in a hard bed was completely uncomfortable. We travelled all the way from Toowoomba for this stay with our family and can say that it was far from impressing. Based on the above continuing issues with this property and our stay - I am requesting a refund of of AT LEAST 50% for our stay. I think this is more than reasonable. You need to complete maintenance
