"So many small beds & not enough parking. Only one king bed and the others were all kid beds in a 4 bedroom house. Otherwise it was clean and nice & close to downtown. Which is what we were looking for. Parking /driveway held two cars and was short, so it did NOT fit a full size truck. Pool & HotTub were a nice add on, but needed to walk around the other side of the block to get to it. All in all had a wonderful stay. "

"Booking: Easy, and great communication with the owner. Location: Pretty darn perfect. One block from downtown, so you're close enough to walk everywhere, but far enough away from the noise on Main Street. Cleanliness: I am a stickler for cleanliness, and this property if obviously very well taken care of. Zero complaints on cleanliness. Kitchen: It's so nice to have a full, clean, well stocked pantry so you don't have to eat out every meal. And their pantry is awesome! Everything you need...

"This is such a great place outside Moab! It's in the Spanish Valley so a bit of a drive to Moab and the parks, but this was not a problem for me. The mountains and ranch were beautiful, and it was a fantastic place for my dog. Would definitely stay again!"

"We loved the cabin. It was perfect and my dog loved running around the yard. Beautiful views. Great location if you plan on self shuttling to The Whole Enchilada but also close to town. Glad we chose to stay here. Nice and quiet compared to staying in a busier downtown location. "

"A few hiccups in our stay but Brooke was accommodating. 2 families stayed together and had plenty of room. Kids really enjoyed the bunk room. Master suite had the most comfortable bed i’ve stayed in at a VRBO. Just outside of downtown by a couple of miles so convenient in getting to destinations. Would recommend this place to stay while in Moab!"

"Was very happy with the condo. Clean and comfortable, with a huge well stocked kitchen. Easy access to downtown as well as hwy 191 to Arches and Canyonlands. We had 8 in our group and all of us had spacious bedrooms, comfy beds with plenty of room for everyone. Would highly recommend. Hot water was no problem. We loved it!"
