The townhome worked very well for our group of six (5 adults, and a 3-year-old). It is in a nice quiet neighborhood and was convenient to many roads and activities. The space was comfortable, and we were able to eat and visit without feeling cramped. There are, however, a few things that could be improved in our opinion. The townhouse was clean, but the floors were only broom clean. We walked around in our bare feet, and our feet were dirty after walking on the hardwood floors by the end of the days. The bath towels and washcloths were nice, but there were no hand towels in the townhouse nor any dish towels (there were dish cloths). There was a roll of paper towels near each sink, but no extra rolls of paper towels. There is a dishwasher, but no dishwasher pods or soap in the unit. There were only Five (5) forks and 5 spoons available. There was no separate receptacle for recycling.Finally, there was a few hours delay in getting a response from the host to messages and calls placed soon after our arrival. The host did respond later that night and said they were traveling. They also followed up first thing the next morning. Communication during the rest of the stay was timely and helpful.
