"This property was one of the most unique places we’ve stayed and it did NOT disappoint! We loved being right on the water but if you have small children you may want to reconsider. "Our family of 5 had such a wonderful stay at this perfectly appointed cottage. The house is spacious with high ceilings and a great living room area. It's walking distance to the grocery store and local gelato and pizza shops. It's also a short drive to the base (we were there to see the Blue Angels) and the beach. Would highly recommend! "

"We were there for a nearby wedding and we were overall very happy that we chose to go outside of the box with a houseboat. That said, there are smaller things that could be frustrating to some and likely unavoidable. You are on water and sometimes feel that. There are also noises associated with being on the water, like the anchor hitting the pylon or something in the house swaying. Not huge issues but something to consider. Otherwise it is very beautiful and relaxing out there!"
