"Our first two weeks in Arezzo and certainly this property exceeded our expectations. The location is ideal and special thanks to our host Stefano who welcomed us with open arms. "We loved absolutely everything about our stay in Cortona! Samantha and Alen were great communicators and made the check in easy. The apartment is perfection! From the tall, shuttered windows, beautiful tiled floors, high ceilings and amazing terrace, it was amazing!! The location couldn’t have been better and the views….. Even though I didn’t really use it, the kitchen was well stocked. All in all- wow!! We didn’t want to leave and hope to be back."

"We had a wonderful stay at the cottage of John and Dianne. The amount of love they put in the property is amazing. The cottage is very well decorated, has all the things you need and the garden and pool puts you in the vacation mood. "My family of four (11 and 14 year old girls) had the best four nights at this villa. The house itself was so charming and well stocked, the grounds beautiful and well maintained, and the pool and welcome retreat each day after exploring the surrounding towns. We didn’t even touch the extra apartment with two additional bedrooms! Highly recommend!"

"We were group of 16 adults and three children under the age of three. Sonja and Diego could not have been better hosts! They are truly lovely people! Everything was absolutely perfect! "The host was very welcoming upon arrival and gave us a great tour of the property along with some area history. Such a peaceful setting. Really enjoyed the patio upstairs off the bedroom. "Great location inside the walls of Montelpuciano. Town was uphill from the apartment. Fernanda was very quick to reply on What's App and had a great bottle of wine waiting for us. The closest parking lot was always full during the day but was still able to park in the free white parking spots as long as we came back after 4:30ish."

"Great house and landscape with everythung you can wish for. Enough rooms, space, terraces, outside area... even a Pizza oven that is tested and approved! With only a few tweeks regarding the Pool size, up to date furniture and kitchen facilities it would become a real diamond. In the current state 4/5 Stars with a mid-range price/quality ratio. Great help, support and overall customer experience with the agency+owner."
