"Loved this home in ME! Great location. So clean. Very cozy! Beautiful property with everything we needed for our vacation with two littles in tow! Close to so many hidden gems in Woodstock, Greenwood, Grafton Notch State Park. An hours drive to Portland! Make sure you hike Lapham Ledge at Bucks Ledge Trails for the full experience! Will definitely be back! Thank you so much."

"We had a wonderful stay at the Mullen Chalet that’s within walking distance to Mt. Abram and a short drive to Sunday River. The open concept kitchen and living room allowed us to prepare dinner while chatting with guests relaxing on the wrap-around couch. In addition, the chalet was comfortable and clean with large windows that provided picturesque views of the snow-covered tree branches. Our two dogs enjoyed the deck and quiet neighborhood. "Absolutely loved our stay on Bryant Pond! The house was extremely clean, spacious and comfortable. The hot tub was great! Wish we could have stayed longer. We highly recommend this rental, you will absolutely love it!"

"This home is a magical spot, set apart from other places in the area by an amazing view and fun amenities! It served as a great base of operations for skiing, tubing, and poking around Bethel; our group of six ended most days with a dip in the hot tub and grilling on the deck, followed by board games around the wood stove or a movie in the home theater. The main drawback was that we occasionally didn't want to leave for the day's activities hahaha ... Would highly recommend!!"

"The house was a wonderful space for our family to get together with 7 adults and 3 kids, there was room for a few more if we had wanted! We loved the living room for game time and the connected kitchen and dining area worked well to keep everyone together at meal time. The bedrooms were well laid out and the kitchen had everything we needed to prep. We did rent a pontoon boat from Norway Marina for 3 days during our stay to tour the lake. My only comment relative to the listing...

"Felt right at home in this cozy cabin. They had everything we needed in the kitchen. The bedrooms were cozy and the decor in the whole house was great."

"We enjoyed our stay. The house accommodated our group of 10 comfortably. There was plenty to do in the area snowboarding, a casino, a sleigh ride and even fireworks. We were disappointed to learn the morning of our arrival that the oven was not working. Several family members have food allergies and planned on cooking there instead of eating out."

"We celebrated my fathers 90th over a gorgeous September weekend. The number of beds and rooms was perfect. The beds are comfortable which is a must at a rental. The fire pit out front was wonderful and we appreciated that the wood was included. The lake is gorgeous! Such an easy walk. Loved the kayaks. "My husband and I and our four adultish children stayed here for a ski trip at Sunday River. What a great spot! The house exceeded all our expectations. It’s beautifully decorated, very clean and well appointed. So many great memories made! Very sad to leave. The owners were very helpful and friendly. I highly recommend this rental. Also, very short and easy car ride to Sunday River which was a great skiing spot."
