Oasis in Monte Rio
This is the second time I have stayed at Foxwood and enjoyed my stay just as much as I did the first time. Perfect location, very comfortable, and has all the amenities we would need with the added bonus of a wonderful lemon tree! My sons decided to make homemade lemonade with the lemons!

Great home and great access to the river
Loved the Foxwood property! It was just as described with plenty of room for my family to relax and amazing access to the river, which was across the street. We will definitely stay here again next time we visit Monte Rio!

Spring break get away
We had a nice time staying at Foxwood for a second time. We stayed last July. This house is cozy & has a great location close to River, beach , guernville, redwoods etc… it’s well equipped with comfortable beds, good lighting, games, it was nice soaking in hot tub after a long day of hiking. And we also enjoyed doing puzzles & board games on a rainy Friday. We will return again. The only thing we would recommend is that the kitchen could use a set of measuring cups & a sheet pan, griddle pan for cooking. Other than that the kitchen is well stocked. We had a relaxing stay and will return again to Foxwood. Thank you

Modern getaway close to river
It was a great stay! The hottub was perfect. Great stocked kitchen for a full dinner and dessert. The fully inclosed fence around the property was so safe! Just a short walk to the beach, it would’ve been silly to drive. Would love to stay again!

Weekend getaway at Russian River
This was our first experience with a home rental, and it was very good. The Foxwood home was wonderful, very clean, and we enjoyed all of the amenities as well as the attractions in this beautiful area. Would love to visit sometime again.

I really appreciate all of the amenties. I also really appreciate the easy check out with minimal cleaning. It was rather hot in the afternoon. More fans are the only reccomendation. You have restored my faith in rentals. It has gotten sketchy out there. We will be back.

Monte Rio Getaway
The Foxwood is everything you see online and more. We were happily surprised that not only was the property clean and updated but had many additional amenities. The home comes with all you need for cooking. There are so many games and activities for use. The property is across the street from the beach on the Russian River and it close to multiple convenient stores. We definitely look forward to visiting again.

Getaway in the redwoods
We had a wonderful stay at Foxwood. The house was super clean. The decor was contemporary & fun for this wonderful cozy home. It had everything you need for a great stay. We have stayed in a ton of VBRO up and down the coast of Cali & Oregon this in the top 5. It’s super close to the river and all the redwoods for great hiking. I am going to give it a five star. I just would recommend more towels and liquid hand soap in the kitchen . We were 2 adults and one teenager so more towels would be great. We just did a few loads of laundry otherwise everything was spot on. We would definitely stay again. Thank you Foxwood.

Clean and spacious; roomy indoors and fenced in outside area - my kid lived the sandbox and hot tub, and my dog enjoyed roaming the property.

Great house 10 min walk from public beach
Foxwood was a beautiful house; very modern and clean with all needed amenities. A 10 minute walk to the Monte Rio Public Beach (which has a beach for swimming and a separate boat launch area). They had two single kayaks available, although we did not use them. The hot tub was nice, although the water smelled a bit. Overall, a really nice property with plenty of space in a great location!

Spring visit
The inside of the property was super clean and as described. New appliances, good space, modern feel. The outside needed attention. We rented this property because of the nice sunny outdoor area, but unless we wanted to spend our trip cleaning, there was no way to use the outdoor furniture or enjoy those spaces which was a big disappointment. The padded cushions need to be thoroughly cleaned (or replaced); even the plastic chairs were covered in dust and cobwebs. The decks needed to be swept. We also had to take a vacation break for laundry because the unit only came with 6 total bath towels and our group was 3 adults for 6 days. Addressing some of these small details would make for a much more enjoyable experience.

Fantastic rental!
WE LOVED our stay at Foxwood! My family of 5 enjoyed our 4 nights in the home so much. Super clean, modern, comfortable and fun, this home was perfectly located for enjoying the river, driving down to the coast, exploring the area and just relaxing on the property. Fabulous yard, so fun for our boys, hot tub was very clean and easy to use, beds were comfy and kitchen was well-stoked. We will be returning for sure!

What a Charmer
One always wonders if a property lives up to the expectations created by the photos. This charming bungalow does! Once you enter the privacy gate, you are in a private world of your own. Inside, everything felt recently remodeled. We loved the modern flair and well appointed kitchen. Outside, there are two longe areas and a third space with a hot tub. We travel to the Healdsburg are once a year to buy wine. Our stay here provided a relaxing experience we do not get in a hotel. We will be back!
