1] Mold on 2 walls at the entry door, near bathroom is affecting my throat, making me cough headache
2]The A/C only stays on if I keep walking around in the apartment. If I'm here and go to sleep I wake up sweating because the A/C is programmed to shut off whenever there's no movement.
3] TV doesn't work
4] No toilet paper. The amount of toilet paper provided on the near finished roll was about 2 uses worth. Same with paper towel.
5] 2 bath towels provided are excessively rough against the skin, possibly air-dried?
6]No black makeup remover washcloths are provided, as mentioned in your house rules with threat of US$60 fine for any makeup on bed linen and US$25 for stained towels.
7] No coasters provided as mentioned in your house rules with threat of fines for upholstery.
My 2 major concerns are the mold and no A/C, affecting my health.
In order to try to improve my stay, I'd like to request early checkout to leave today and have the balance of days refunded. Kindly respond ASAP, so I can find accommodation for tonight. Host took all of my money paid for 7 nights including deposit for 2 nights stay and flat out lied to keep my deposit. Base rate is for 2 guests but she will also charge for the 2nd guest!!! She never responds so you're forced to either sleep in humid heat mold or move lose your money.
