"Casa Rosa is a large house with space and comfort for 8 although we were only 7. The pool is large and Guiseppe keeps it beautifully clean. The house is located within an hour of Pompeii, Herculaneum, Paestum the Amalfi Coast and is an ideal place to sight see all the extraordinary monuments around Vesuvius. Guiseppe is kind and responsive host, his neighbours less so but he did everything to make our stay a happy and agreeable one. "

"I have stayed in many villas including rural Italy before. This is actually the worst I've stayed in. The facts are the access to the villa is up a rough rubble and grit track, it's parking area has well established weeds. The patio was dirty and leafy , I was told "it is the countryside and leaves fall" but it didn't account for the old pair of wellingtons, the stale bread in a plastic bag, the bit of wrought iron or the patio table covered in a very dirty cloth with 5 plants and a broken vase...

"De ruime Vila is bereikbaar via een steile oprit waar een lage auto moeite mee heeft. Na bellen was de eigenaar er in 30min. Hierna volgde een tour door het zeer ruime huis met uitleg. Hoewel de VRBO advertentie dit niet vermeld wordt voor gebruik van de airco extra kosten in rekening gebracht ( de airco staat uit ) Wij, gezin met 3 volwassen kinderen hadden dit huis geboekt voor bezoek aan Pompei en Herculaneum en Amalfi kust, allemaal op circa 1 uur rijden vanaf het huis.
