"Vincent's property is probably one of the best we've ever stayed at! It is clean and spacious (more spacious than the pictures depict!). The kitchen is well stocked with plenty of pots and pans and bakeware if one wants to cook. I personally appreciate a full set of dishes for 10 people.The sheets and towels are soft, and the beds are comfortable! The only minor criticism is the weak water pressure.The location is in a quiet residential neighborhood just 15 minutes away from Monterey....

"Loved staying here, excellent property. Only two issues were many holes in the fence (our small dog escaped but luckily came back), we spent some time covering them with bricks and rocks and pizza boxes. Also bedroom off the family room was unbearably freezing at night, probably due to leaky sliding glass doors. Otherwise the place was gorgeous and spotless and stocked with everything you would need. Definitely would come back!"

"We selected this property because it appealed to a variety of ages, and what a great choice it was! Our group consisted of Grandma and Grandpa, 2 of their adult children and spouses, a 4-year-old, and an 18-month old (Another daughter and her husband had to cancel last-minute due to Covid). The house was comfortably and attractively furnished, and the kitchen was the best-equipped kitchen of any VRBO I've visited. "overall impression is very old property. minor upgrades can help and upgrade cleaning products. I like the property managers, very helpful and accommodating. The room was clean however smelled like very strong bleach which is harmful to some with sensitive skin. Suggest using vinegar and dish soap as alternative. "It was a georgeous weekend in Monterey! We took the kids to the Aquarium, enjoyed the beach, walked through the Butterfly habitat all without jackets! The home was clean and well appointed.
