Excellent
Loved staying here, excellent property. Only two issues were many holes in the fence (our small dog escaped but luckily came back), we spent some time covering them with bricks and rocks and pizza boxes. Also bedroom off the family room was unbearably freezing at night, probably due to leaky sliding glass doors. Otherwise the place was gorgeous and spotless and stocked with everything you would need. Definitely would come back!

Spacious Home
The property is spacious, quiet, and nicely decorated. We really enjoyed the large dining table and kitchen space. The kitchen is stocked with pots, pans, and lots of dishes. The location is about a 15-minute drive to Cannery Row depending on traffic. One thing to be aware of is that the property management's cancellation policy differs from what is listed on Vrbo. It would be helpful to have the actual policy reflected in the listing.

Roomy and clean
I love the spaciousness and cleanliness of the home. The host provides organic body wash, shampoo, conditioner, and lotion, as well as plenty of towels. Kitchen is fully stocked and neatly organized. We were able to watch the sunrise and sunset from the back deck. Loved the location. Overall very please!.

This is a beautiful house and worked perfectly for our family celebration of my brother's 80th birthday. Only accommodation issue was listed as a "fold out couch" was actually 2 small fokd out chairs that were very unstable and impossible for anyone to sleep on. Nice Location, Small Beds.
This is a nice home within driving distance of many tourist attractions. It was clean and well-maintained. Our only issue was that there was no queen- or king-sized bed in the primary suite of the home. A full-sized bed with a hard mattress is rough on two adults.

Great spot near Laguna Seca raceway
Super convenient location to Laguna Seca raceway and the Monterey Airport. Lots of space for the whole family to spread out. Good kitchen and comfortable living room areas (2 of them).

The property was more than enough to accommodate our large party, there were lots of amenities included in the house, the customer service was friendly and quick to reply, and the check out instructions were easy to follow. I would definitely recommend staying at another rental location with this property manager.

Best getaway
It was so nice to have a spacious, lovely place to stay for our friend reunion. The neighborhood was so nice and quiet, location was easily accessible to airport and grocery store too. The pillows were so comfortable and it was nice to have 3 bathrooms for all the people we had. Loved the big kitchen and dining table too, plenty of seating! Wonderful stay.

Nice stay if you want to be close to Carmel/Monterey
A bunch of us rented the house for a friend's wedding in Carmel. The house is exactly as listed in the description and really is beautiful. The large windows give you a 180 degree view. It's super convenient if you're flying in and out of Monterey airport. You can actually see the airport from the house. The only 'con', if you could even call it that, was the location was just OK. You are close enough to everything making it easy to travel and see nearby neighborhoods.

Lovely home in Monterey
What a beautiful home! There were 6 adults and 2 kids and we all felt like we had our own space and great community spaces. Lovely and bright with very comfy beds. Really fantastic products for the bath and cleaning/laundry. Truly a great home in a prime area. Only a short drive into Monterey (7 minutes). Loved everything about this place. So clean and such kind and helpful property management. Would definitely recommend staying here!

Sunny, quiet and clean house in a convenient location
We really enjoyed our stay at the house. The rooms are just as they appear in the photos. The beds are comfy, the shower pressure is good and the view from the balcony nice. It's in a good location to get to many points around Monterey and near a grocery store.

Great stay in Del Ray Oaks
We were group of 7 family members staying in early January. We had a great time. The house was exactly as shown in the pictures and the hosts checked in to make sure everything was going well. The welcome bottle of wine and snacks were as a nice touch. We all agreed we had a great time and the house was perfect for our group. It was close to stores to buy our groceries. We would not hesitate to stay here again.

Ein Haus zum Wohlfühlen
Ein Haus zum Wohlfühlen: geräumig, nett eingerichtet, gut ausgestattet, sauber und gemütlich ! Ausstattung hochwertig, Handtücher, Badprodukte, Bettwäsche alles in guter Qualität. Küche ebenfalls gut ausgestattet und funktionsfähig. Das Haus war von Innen Tip top sauber, doch außen relativ ungepflegt, besonders der Hauseingang...... Die örtliche Agentur ist zu kritisieren, da sie uns den zweiten Teil der Miete zweimal abgebucht hatten und es mehrere Anläufe unsererseits bedurfte um die Rücküberweisung in Gang zu setzen. Des Weiteren brauchten wir Hilfe, da die Elektrizität in der Küche ausgefallen war und der Sicherungskasten nicht zu finden war. Auf diese Hilfe mussten wir mehrere Stunden warten. Ansonsten alles prima und durchaus weiterzuempfehlen.
