We arrived with 3 children and a dog at 10 pm to dirty, unmade beds and the property smelling like dogs. I immediately called the rental agency to be told there was nothing they could do due to the late hour. I eventually suggested that I go to Walmart for some clean sheets, since none were to be found in the house. I was told I would be reimbursed for the linens with my receipt, not charged for the night, and refunded the cleaning fee. That was a month ago and several messages/ emails with no reply or refund. This was a really bad experience!
If we get our reimbursement, I will be glad to report that things worked out, but at of now we are still out all the fees and over $120 in linens that were left at the property. Awaiting a response!
