"House was very clean and comfortable. Appreciated the edgy post modern architecture. Even in winter the outside space , the barbecue and hot tub, were usable. We loved the big tvs and the upstairs space with its balcony. Loved the steam shower. Some small things; the light switches are a challenge, the laundry needs servicing, we couldn’t get the French Press to work and it would have been nice to have some Keurig pods for the machine ready for at least one night. "Where do I start?! This home was perfect. Nothing was missing, everything you could need was provided. I love a stocked kitchen and this one was. The views were beyond amazing. It was hard to leave. My family and I can’t wait to return. "

"This 2 bedroom, 1.5 bath bungalow was updated/remodeled and quite comfortable. Great coffee maker! Mattresses seemed relatively new (always a bonus!) Our stay turned out to be during an unusual heat wave, so we wished there had been AC, but perhaps this is usually not a problem in that area. The only not so ideal things were that the exterior patio was quite dirty, the trash barrels were fully covered in cobwebs, wasp nests and spiders. "We booked this house to cerebrate my mother's 80th birthday. We were a group of 12 with two babies under 2. Everyone had a comfortable room and access to bathrooms. The house is a little dated but the view and location makes this house very special. We gathered around the fire pit outside and loved our walk to the beach. The kitchen was super convenient. We had a great time and will book the house again. "

"Such a wonderful stay for our group of six! The house was immaculate with plenty of space to spread out. The location was perfect, walking distance to restaurants, shops and the ocean. A few minutes drive to Carmel and 17 mile drive. Would definitely stay again, the neighborhood is so quaint and safe."

We wanted a place that was close to the Monterey Wharf restaurants as well plenty of room for us to relax and play mah jongg. This fit the bill all the way around. "Check in was not as expected. Staff was rude when asked about Tax exemption telling me they didnt do it. Told me to request it to Chamber of Commerce and only when I insisted her to clarify, she gave me a post it with an address and phone. When I contacted the Chamber after I come back home, they told me that was not accurate and suggest to contact hotel. Other members of staff were polite and amazing."

"Check in was not as expected. Staff was rude when asked about Tax exemption telling me they didnt do it. Told me to request it to Chamber of Commerce and only when I insisted her to clarify, she gave me a post it with an address and phone. When I contacted the Chamber after I come back home, they told me that was not accurate and suggest to contact hotel. Other members of staff were polite and amazing."

"Buen lugar para solo llegar a dormir, tiene lo necesario, solo las camas tienen una base muy grande de madera, todos nos estuvimos pegando una y otra vez en la espinilla y mi esposo se quebró un dedo del pie, ahora no puede caminar, solo le cambiaría esas bases tan peligrosas"
