"The biggest issue that I had was the information that I received about the bus was totally misleading . It says there is a bus down the street… it’s a 10-15 min walk. Oh and it only comes 2-3 times a day and forget about getting back there on the bus. So 1/2 of us came unprepared to rent a car. You must have a car unless you don’t plan on leaving. "Very cute hotel. In the perfect, central location to the many attractions in Florence. About 20 min walk from the train station. We have two kids so it was helpful to have everything within a 10-15min walk. We stayed in the suite—had 2 bedrooms, a kitchen, and bathroom. Air conditioning was a huge benefit give the Florence temps in summer (over 90F). If we ever visit Florence again we’ll stay here again. "
