But it is "on the market" as a rental and you have an obligation given that to manage a few things well for your customers. That is clearly not being done with this property. "This is the second year in a row that we've stayed at Steve's place (and we plan to stay again next year!). The house is super cozy, you feel right at home when you walk in. We loved having access to the hot tub, it came in handy after two long days of skiing (great location for all of the ski bums out there). Even with a large group, everyone was able to spread out and have their own space. We absolutely love it here!"

"This chalet was an excellent basecamp for my husband and I as well as my in-laws for a long weekend during leaf season. Smugglers Notch resort was less than five mins away, and the town of Cambridge was less than 10 for groceries or more dining options. 20 mins or less to hiking trails in the notch or Stowe resort. "

"We really enjoyed our time at the house. We were two familles of three with a dog and everybody was comfortable. The house is spacious, cozy, clean and has a big garden for kids(and dogs) to run about. It is well equipped. We also appreciated the jacuzzi after our days on the slopes and the discount tickets Asia had kindly left for us to use at the resort (ski and Pumphouse). We recommend for a group of 6 to 8 people."

We took our two kids up to VT to see Ben & Jerrys & Cabot, which we did, but each time we left we could not wait to get back to the house! You literally can get lost in this house. "The property was great for our group of 4. Kitchen was well equipped, although toaster needs replacement. Bathrooms had lots of towels and dove soap/shampoo/conditioner. A few things we could have used were scissors and kleenex. The shower drains do need a cleaning as they filled up while showering to cover our feet and drained very slow. We did have an issue with beeping on our last night. It was a water sensor telling us there was a leak under the sink. We weren't sure how to shut the sensor...
