My extended family has been gathering together somewhere each summer for the last 30+ years. This year we chose this property. It was a great venue for us. The big pool was the main draw as always and having the cover was wonderful in the rain. The lodges were clean and welcoming and accommodated our crowd well. There were two issues we encountered but the Leah was easy to reach and had the property manager working on them promptly. Overall excellent property.

The Best Experience
For the past 10 years our college campus ministry have treated our leadership team to weekend getaways thanking them for their volunteer work. Of all the locations we have traveled and lodged, hands down this was the best experience. Timeliness, cleaning crew on site hours before arrival ensuring you that they care about your stay. From the service of Leah to the beautiful accommodations we fell in love with our stay and would highly recommend other groups to consider spending a weekend.

Great property for large group
30 members of my family stayed at the property for a reunion. The four homes and bedroom configurations suited the various families, some couples, some families with young children, etc. The pool was great. The kitchen large and well-appointed. The only issue we had was that with that many people, we produced a lot of garbage and the garbage receptacle was a long walk down a big hill from the main house.

We had the BEST experience!! Leah was extremely helpful!! It has great amenities if ur looking to stay and enjoy each others company without having to entertain anybody. There’s a great playroom with tons of toys for the babies and toddlers , loads of activities for teens and adults and a great pool to swim or just sunbathe!!! Would definitely consider going again!! The only issue we had were the mattress es, it’s not so comfortable….

Amazing stay with a group
I can't say enough great things about our stay here. First, Leah the property owner was so accommodating and quick to respond to anything we asked. All 3 houses plus the clubhouse was great. Everything was clean and comfortable. The clubhouse was a hit. There was all kind of games to play for all ages. The pool was amazing. When we was staying there it was a snow storm and the pool was still warm and enjoyable to get in. We stayed with 27 people and everyone truly enjoyed themselves. I will definitely be going back in the summer months.

Great weekend with friends
The property was perfect for a weekend getaway with friends. All three houses were spotless and in great condition. The main house was great as the daytime homebase and it was a huge plus to have the clubhouse where people could hang out later without disturbing those that wanted to sleep. Pool and Hot tub got solid use even in 30 degree weather. Great property and Leah had multiple suggestions for local catering. Very responsive host....Thanks, Leah! Will def be back!

Autumn Getaway
The property was beautiful, with autumn colors flourishing all around. Everything worked great, so much to do in the pool and in the clubhouse. Everyone had their own bed. One of the houses had some weird wiring/non-standard electrical situations, but nothing we couldn't deal with during the trip.

Annual Family Getaway
Overall our stay was fabulous!! The homes are gorgeous and clean! Lots of activities to keep everyone entertained. The pool was a big hit! The property manager was super nice and very quick to respond. I would definitely recommend to others looking for a rental for a large group!

Family Reunion
It was a fabulous place to stay that worked for all of us. All three houses were great places to stay. The clubhouse and pool provided much entertainment for all. Eagle Manor, the large house, has a great patio off the kitchen/dining area that was our main hang out place. we loved the mix of flower and spent time watching the butterflies. Leah was very responsive answering our questions and addressing any minor glitch that came up. All in all a perfect place for a large group.

Great family reunion location
Our family reunion of 38 members ranging from infant to 70 years old was a hit at this spot. The different houses were great to give individual families some space and privacy, the big upper house was large enough (especially with the beautiful patio in the back) to host everyone for shared dinners, and the clubhouse was a huge hit with the teens and tweens. We even managed to get in some field games and volleyball in the flat area down by the clubhouse (with lots of truck drivers honking their greetings as they passed on Rt. 17). The older kids enjoyed tubing on the Delaware one day, and a bunch of us had a great hike nearby on Bouchoux Trail (with neat dry-stone-stacked urns and structures on the ridge line).

Perfect Property for our Reunion
We were a group of 21 people reuniting from homes along the East Coast and this property was chosen as a central location. Our ages ranged from 4 to 80. Everyone enjoyed their stay. We initially did not appreciate the pool green house cover option but were thrilled to have it as it rained for the majority of our stay. Kids and adults were still able to thoroughly enjoy the pool. The homes were well supplied, comfortable and clean. My older kids particularly enjoyed the club house. Owner recognizes the value of quality and excellent customer service which makes this an above average property.

Attention to detail and large property.
This will likely be the new "go to" place for my family getaways. Host was detail oriented and set up every room nicely for all the families. Including numerous pack and plays. Kids had a great time in the covered pool despite the rain and the property was large/dog friendly. Everyone enjoyed all the games in the club house as well.

A Country Gem for our Team Getaway
Leah was a most gracious and generous host, from our first interaction. She was always eager to be hospital and facilitate all needs and requests at the compound. Leah went above and beyond to accommodate our religious needs for Sabbath and we are so appreciate. The homes are each unique, modernized and regal in their own way. You can host your guests in a rich wood country cabin for an authentic country feel, bedecked with a Franklin stove and country antiques. The Eagle Manor boasts top of the line ammenities including a huge winterized pool and smart appliances. Leah has truly thought of everything, from beautiful decor, comfortable beds, rich bedding, an arsenal of pool towels and beautiful design. The clubhouse made for an excellent space to host meals, have leisure time and team building exercises. Thank you and hoping to visit in the future!

Great overall stay
We made full use of the whole property with our group of 30 family members. Overall great stay and Leah was patient with all of my questions. Small minor things did pop up that weren't too big of a deal (clubhouse was a bit chilly, couldn't get the fireplace in the main house to work, the pool wasn't lit very well), but we enjoyed our stay.

Incredible…all around
This property is gorgeous, well appointed, and well taken care of. All three houses are beautiful, cozy and comfortable. The clubhouse with all its games, activities, and different spaces was a fun and perfect place for a family birthday party. We also really enjoyed the option of swimming in the pool on a cold winter’s night. And I understand there are new amenities being added soon. Leah, the host, was so incredibly responsive. She always got back to me quickly with any questions I had. I’m so grateful to have found this property, and I can’t recommend it enough. We will definitely be returning!

Great Getaway with the Family
Really enjoyed spending Thanksgiving with parents, brothers, sisters and their families in this beautiful estate. We looked at these loghouses many years ago, so it was super cool that we had the opportunity to spend 2 nights in them years later. How amazing! Host was very nice and easy to contact! The estate was clean! I personally did not see any pet hair, so that was a big plus for the stay, as I am not a pet person. I liked how much space we had. All the amenities were really cool. The kids loved the pool, water was nice and warm for 'almost winter' season. The houses were cozy. The clubhouse games were really nice. Alot of things to do overall. Few minor things like outdoor driveway lightning and better water pressure in showers would be a plus. I definitely would want the trip to be longer, but hoping we can come back again another time maybe with couples from church or just family again. Really amazing time!! Thank yoi!!

Well maintained and clean properties
We rented the property for a friends and family gathering, our fall trip. It was a well maintained property with all the listed features. The host was super responsive. Only drawback, which I would say is minor is the driveway lighting. This is an area that they could improve in future. There is not a lot of lighting in the driveway and it may benefit from some solar lamps at the edge.
