"Although it was a brief stay, everything about the room was in good working order. I was surprised it was not busier for a Saturday night but most likely not the ideal time to be touring for most people prior to the snow-sports and after fall colors. The property was easy to find and I appreciated a simple key versus electronic swipe cards so I could leave door unlocked for loading/unloading. "This hotel exceeded my expectations. Our room was impeccable,the beds were comfy, and the employees were wonderful. There were people in the room next to us and we never heard a sound, not a tv, no voices - truly soundproof. The complimentary cookies and coffee in the lobby are an added plus. It’s right next to a kwik trip so snacks and treats were within walking distance. This hotel is loaded with “pluses”. Stay here and you will not be disappointed. "

"Great customer service, very accommodating! Clean, quiet and not overly busy. Breakfast was pretty good for basic continental. Rooms were nice, beds were a little firm but pillows were comfy. Pool and hot tub were clean and decent size also. Definitely will be my go to stay when I'm in Ironwood. "

"Wow! What a neat experience! Beautiful location, it was the highlight of our trip! Calm peaceful location with amazing views and perfect for an evening walk. The chalet was adorable and felt like you were a guest at a friend’s house. A living room and kitchen to use and a deck to enjoy the views and peaceful ambiance. A s’mores closet and fire pit was the perfect touch! Super nice guy who is restoring it, great service! "

"From the outside we were a little skeptical (old fashion motif). One step in the door and it felt like home. Warn, clean, and the lounge was PERFECT. We played cribbage and met some new friends. We will definitely be back! What a great little place!"
