"We loved our stay at Boyce Cottage! The location is gorgeous. You can easily access Warsaw, Lewisetta Marina, Montrose, and more. The house is really comfortable with tons of extras like kayaks, a canoe, games, grill, and more. The kitchen has all the tools and equipment you need. The owner is super responsive and helpful. We will definitely return."

"This is a beautiful house with gorgeous views of the river and is great for a friend or family reunion! We gathered 6 families, with kids ranging from 1 to 8, and had plenty of room and so much fun! The kitchen/dining area was amazing (and huge) for prepping meals and allowing all 18 of us to eat together. "The house was perfect for our family of 7 adults and 2 children under 2. Nice quiet neighborhood. The outdoor porch is great with a beautiful view of the water with a chair swing and hot tub. "My husband, myself, my 9 year old son, and my 5 year old dog stayed this past weekend at this property. We all loved it SO much - my son especially loved all the fun things there were to do inside the property alone. My dog loved the fenced in yard, but also the area in general is extremely dog friendly - which is a lot different where I'm from. Very clean property - one of the cleanest I have stayed.
