"Great location! Close to St Ignas and other local attractions. Cabin is nice and private. There are neighbors close but didn't even notice they were there. Bonus one of the few places that allow pets including dogs. Nice cabin with a big firepit (one nights worth of firewood provided) could have been a little cleaner. Grill was not in working order.Also no matches or basic spices. Town was so close it wasnt an issue. "

"Had a great time in the eastern UP and this was the perfect location. Love that the back yard is mostly fenced in for the dog. Apple trees in the yard! TV in every bedroom! plenty of space to spread out. Everything was nice a clean. WiFi was fast!"

"We spent a week at this wonderfully appointed home with our adult children and grandchildren. It was absolutely amazing! Lots of fun things for the kids to do at the home because of the large fenced in side yard and access to Lake Michigan. There are quite a few steps to get to the lake but they are manageable and the lake is just breathtaking plus the home offers two nice kayaks and lots of sand to play in. I had sent her a message a week before asking if there was a coffee pot or Keurig to bring pods but never got a reply. "This charming cottage was very clean, had the amenities as listed, well-equipped kitchen, including coffee and tea. Great location. We did not use our vehicles the whole time we were in Mackinaw. Easy walk to the ferry, downtown, and the bike/walking trail. Owner was quick to respond when we had a question. Highly recommend."

"Very pleased. Although the mattresses on the beds are very hard. Would suggest the following to make guests more comfortable: hooks for clothing and wet towels. There is no place to hang anything in the bedrooms or bathrooms. Waste basket in bathroom. Fitted sheets on bunk beds. Another chair by the couch area. Stools at breakfast bar nice. Take the plastic off light in bunk bed area. Not safe and could melt to glass if it hasn’t already. New Broom. I will upload photos. "

"Fantastic stay with a great view over the lake. Small and dated but perfect for what we needed. We were a 11 min drive to Mackinac city and the ferries over to the island. When we were getting there Google maps sends you into the drive way of next door but the host was quick to answer our call and give us directions.
