"The host sent very detailed instructions and left no room for confusion. Also sent a very friendly message at the end of the trip. I didn’t need to reach out for anything because everything was explained very well at the beginning. However, if I needed to reach out, I truly believe it would’ve been handled quickly and efficiently. The place was lovely and it is clear the host takes pride in the condo. "Great location. Rocky start as unit wasn’t clean when we arrived. Manager was called and immediately took care of the error. Austin came to make sure we were good, cleaning people Kind and thorough. They went beyond to make sure we were taken care of and satisfied. In life mistakes happen, it’s how you handle them that makes a difference. Bravo! "We enjoyed our stay at this rental. It was in a nice location and we appreciated the various places to sit outdoors. Having a bigger car was definitely helpful for the gravel road up to the place. The location is great, with multiple hiking spots easily drivable from the property. Waking up to the cool mountain air in the mornings was a magnificent relief from the summer heat elsewhere in the South."
