Great Place to Stay

Location was fantastic, it was easy to drive to all of the places we wanted to go. No narrow roads or steep hills to the house. Host was great, check in and out was simple. Everything was very clean and worked well. Our kids loved the game room. This is a top notch place to stay for the blue ridge area.

Wonderful birthday getaway

Perfect Stay

Everything was just as described and perfect for our family of 4. Heather was easy to work with! The house was easy to find- no scary dark roads or steep hills. The game room was great for my kids since we decided to have an unplugged from electronics weekend. Kitchen was stocked with all of the essentials. Would definitely book again! Thanks for the great stay!

Quiet and peaceful!

Our overall trip to blue ridge was great! This place was a beautiful cabin in the woods, and we really enjoyed all the amenities, like the hot tub and grill! I would definitely stay here again!

Cabin Review

While the cabin owner was excellent to work with -- and very helpful when we were there (we had to contact her a few times), the overall cabin was a huge disappointment. A few issues include: Ants! (we had to put all food into the refrigerator). Carpenter bees in the front porch roof. Unattached stair rails on both stairways -- creating fall potential. Leaking kitchen sink. Overgrown and unkept property (horseshoe pit was nothing like the picture). This property is under renovation and currently is for sale. It should have never been used as rental property.

Great Place for Vacation

We had a great time in North Georgia! The cabin was beautiful, the views from the front porch were breathtaking! The game room was a huge hit with the entire family! Would definitely recommend! And would definitely come back!

Excellent for a family with a dog!

Our family and our dog all absolutely loved our stay here! … especially our dog! We searched VRBO for a cabin that met our 2 main requirements and this property stood out in both regards… 1) The kids wanted a cabin with plenty of things to keep them entertained. 2) We wanted somewhere our dog could also enjoy the outside and had room to run around. Most other cabins we have stayed at, were built on steep mountain sides which meant there was no where to let our dog, Molly, stretch her legs and play fetch. This property is on a flat lot, fenced on 3 sides, and had loads of space to let Molly get the zoomies and burn off her excess energy. The back yard had a large and clean hammock which was a favorite for the girls during the days. At night we enjoyed making smores over the fire pit which had plenty of comfortable seating. The games room was a huge hit! During one rainy day the games room kept the kids entertained without as much as one complaint! The air hockey table was their favorite, while my wife and I enjoyed playing table tennis. Inside, the property was well appointed, nicely decorated and had plenty of space. There were TV’s in nearly every room and the property was well serviced with wifi. Overall I’d rate the property a 9/10. The only area for improvement was the kitchen which is slightly on the smaller side with no space for a dishwasher. We all loved our stay and would not hesitate to return! The bottom line: Recommended!

Best Birthday Ever!!

I spent my 23rd birthday weekend here with my girls and let me tell yall it was worth every penny!! The host was amazing! Available and made sure everything was clean, Especially the hot tub!! Had all the information ready when we arrived on nearby attractions. Shoutout to John at Axe throwing therapy and Matt at The Black Sheep. overall the perfect cabin experience!

Cozy spot that’s great for kids

We had an initial issue, but it was quickly resolved with prompt responses and lots of concern and hard work from the owners. The house has a great basement for kids, a large upstairs bedroom with a tv and another great bedroom upstairs, as well.

Great stay!

We had a relaxing weekend! The house is conveniently located and situated on a large property. Plenty of room for kids to play ball out front. Beds are comfy and the full-size crib was a great perk. We enjoyed the hot tub and fire pit also!

Great cabin

Perfect cabin for a small group gathering. The kids loved the games available, comfortable beds, lots of amenities available. The only thing we didn’t notice ahead of time was there was no dishwasher (our own fault for not paying attention to that!), but not a big deal at all in our group. We would definitely rent again.

Wonderful family Christmas!

Our family spent Christmas here and loved it. Easy access and not far up the mountain. The beds were all very comfortable and so were the pillows. The jacuzzi on the back deck under the stars was very relaxing. Game room was a nice addition also.

Great Little Cabin!

It was a perfect getaway for us and our adult children. There are lots of outdoor hikes and restaurants and shopping if you'd like, nearby. We enjoyed the game room as well as the hot tub. The long table in the dining area was perfect for our meals each night. As we brought our own foods to cook and didn't leave the cabin except to hike Dicks Creek. The only suggestion I would consider prior to staying is check the rooms listed. There are only 3 bedrooms and in the game room there is a hideabed couch. Not a room but an extra bed if needed. Overall I would definitely stay again.
