"We came in town for a little league baseball tournament at Shipyard Park. This location was perfect, not too far from the park and many great restaurant choices nearby and in walking distance. The house itself is super cute, not too fancy, but everything you need with a great little backyard. Communication with the owner was perfect and we had no issues at all. I would recommend this rental. We had 2 adults and 2 small dogs. "

"New...House was very nice... small and cozy. Stocked well with plates, glasses, cooking utensils, etc. Neighborhood is old and less than desirable but appears to be refurbishing as new houses are everywhere. A nice place to sleep and drop in and out during a busy graduation weekend. "
