"Nice home, basic necessities which is what we were looking for. The property was fairly clean - air vents/heat vents were noticeably dusty. We did wish there were more than 2 extra blankets as it was chilly at night. Also there was only one pillow on one of the beds. Adding nightstands to the bedroom would be nice. Overall, we were happy with our stay. "

"The property was very nice for our group, it was clean and updated. The location was great for us, close to both the nice CF downtown (check it out all with the ice cream shop across the bridge) as well as the main shopping area and key attractions like UNI. The neighborhood was extremely quiet, maybe due to the construction on the city street. Overall a great place to stay, I would recommend it."

"A little reunion of college friends and we couldn’t have had a better experience! The house is so nice (beautifully decorated) and spacious! We were very comfortable, felt safe, enjoyed the neighborhood, and we were able to easily walk down to Main Street! Location was excellent! Hosts were excellent!
