Great Stay
My wife and I enjoyed seven nights at this property. We used it as a 'hub' to 'spoke' out to Lake Willoughby, Jay Peak, Burlington, Stowe, and Waterbury. Pre-arrival coordination was excellent. The property is true to photos and description - a one-bedroom apartment above a garage. We used the hot tub twice. We didn't use the gas grill located adjacent to the hot tub. Roku TV was more than adequate for the small amount of time spent at the property. The kitchen had ample dishes/pans/etc for us to cook meals 4 of 7 nights. We would definitely stay here again!

Perfect eclipse getaway!
This house was really great - spotlessly clean, a great quiet area, and the hot tub and large property can't be beat! Plenty of materials for cooking either on the grill or in the house. Bed was super-comfortable as was the couch. The town of Morrisville is about 2.5 miles away and has an amazing donut shop (get there at opening time, they sell out!) and a lovely crushed-stone bike path right in the center. It's about 5-10 minutes to Stowe, which is bigger and has plenty to do. House is just as advertised - it is not huge and is best for a couple or a couple + solo person. The couch does pull out into a bed but it would be a tight-ish squeeze to have it set up. We did not meet the owner but he was super-responsive and very helpful! We had a great stay and appreciated being able to have our dog around as well!

A Five Star Stay
A beautiful country setting, yet very close to what the area has to offer. We stayed 3 nights. Apartment is over the garage, private entrance and very quiet. We did not use the hot tub but looked very inviting. Spotlessly clean, comfortable mattress. An abundance of linen, towels & even laundry detergent. Great bakery & sandwich shop, Thompson’s Flour Shop in Morrisville. Hope we get the opportunity to stay again.

Great Mountain Biker's Apartment
This rental experience was excellent. The property owner was super responsive to all communication. Property access details were provided ahead of arrival. The owner was very understanding and accommodating of adamant mountain biker needs like a place to store the bikes out of the weather and a place to wash and work on bikes in the yard with nearby spigot made available. The apartment living area was very roomy. I found all aspects of the property description that I used to be accurate. I would definitely stay at this property again next year.

Enjoyed our stay in Morrisville. Steve and Berta were wonderful hosts and our dog Daisy enjoyed playing with Ben! Hot tub was great after a long ski day!

Perfect for our family of three
What a lovely little efficiency with everything we needed. Clean, comfy, and communicative owner. It was so nice to be able to cook what we wanted to after a ski, and it was nice and quiet - such a change from rowdy hotel guests. And the owner plowed the drive every time it snowed, so we felt extremely safe driving in and out. We were not brave enough to use the hot tub in February, but maybe next time!

Exactly as advertised, wonderful outdoor hot tub in a peaceful outdoor setting. Everything we needed in the kitchen, and excellent washer and dryer. Host was very helpful when we left something behind. 10/10!

Perfect location for a quick weekend getaway
This is our second time at this property and its exactly what it says it is. One bedroom apartment with kitchen, washer and dryer, and a nice hot tub. Very private and the price is right.

My boyfriend and I had a great time staying here. The hot tub was great and looking out at the backyard made us think we were in a Bob Ross painting. Would love to come again in the winter to snowshoe again or in the summer to experience Vermont then too!

Nice little spot in the country
This is a great place for 2 people who can share the queen bed. Any more than 2 people and someone has to use the sofa bed. Steve was great to communicate with, really helpful and kind. A couple of suggestions; have more silverware, provide instructions for the TV and remotes. The jacuzzi was great!

Perfect getaway, nestled away in beautiful northern Vermont
We took our teenagers for a ski weekend to Stowe and this apartment was perfect. Located in a quaint town (with a great little downtown for some quality local eats) less than a half hour from the mountain, the property was private, clean, modern, with a high quality hot tub, which was great after a long day at the slopes. Highly recommended

Great Vacay
We spent four days here with our lab and had a great time. Close to all of the famous Stowe activities and tons of hiking trails (which was our main focus). Apartment was great with everything we needed. Loved the hot tub. The owner has a great dog who our dog loved playing with--extra bonus. Highly recommend if you don't want the busyness of Stowe but want to be close to everything.

A charming apartment with everything you might need
The apartment was perfect for our three day stay while attending the Lacrosse Tournament which our grandchildren participated in. It was close to the fields and restaurants. It was a relaxing three day get-away. We hope to return next year.
