"Don’t let the age of the exterior to this hotel fool you. The 3 bedroom apartment was huge for a motel, with all new modern fittings . The kitchen was well appointed with oven, hot plate, microwave, dishwasher & family size fridge. "We thoroughly enjoyed spending our last couple of days in NZ at Gordon and Viv’s property. The house is clean and well-equipped with everything you may need for your stay and much bigger than I thought it would be. Our doggie also enjoyed sniffing in the beautiful garden and in the park across the road. Gordon and Vic are also very helpful and responsive hosts. Thanks so much!"

"This place is great value for families. It was just myself, my partner & our little 1yr old (22months) but we did have my aunty visit for lunch and dinner. We stayed two nights, arrived to a pre-warmed house and great set-up. There are maps of Invercargill, Bluff and the Catlins. It was close to family located 2-5mins either side of this new build. Tv with sky movies/sports. Free wifi, full kitchen & bathroom including bath (great for little children) and even a washing machine! Porta-cot...

"We all loved this farm property. The house was big and very comfortable. The beds were amazing, very comfortable, slept so well. It was idyllic, quiet and we all enjoyed our time there. Loved seeing all calves in the paddock across the driveway. I would recommend this property if you want a country stay, it was fantastic."

"Me and my dog had a lovey stay. Everything was as advertised and that TV is insanely big. Very warm home with modern amenities, will be my go to spot whenever I'm down Invercargill. Beach is around a 5 minute drive and is fantastic as you can drive on it and get to a private spot to chill and take in all the views. There's also a Four Square that you can walk to and a nearby cafe. Host was easy to communicate with and is very responsive. Highly recommended!"
