"Beautiful location directly across from the beach, and the hotel itself is really nice. Really big sized rooms and balcony, and all the amenities. Only downside (& this is such a personal preference) is the bed - its SO soft and offers zero support that i didn’t get a decent night's sleep at all."

NB, as mentioned in the listing, if you have mobility issues not the place to stay as lots of stairs throughout the property. "

"Our stay at Sandy Shores was amazing. The house is set up perfectly for pets with balconies, a secure yard and access from the gate to the 24/7 off leash dog beach with no roads. The back fence is not quite shoulder height and is climbable, but held all our dogs without issue (2 x labrador size and 1 Jack Rusell). There are no holes in the fence for dogs to go under or through and our dogs certainly would have been looking hard for a weakness.. For the people there is an abundance of games such...

"The property has everything you need to cook all meals with no need to leave the house, which is extremely helpful as you won’t want to leave at all. "Brown carpet and furniture has absorbed years of cigarette smoke, which hits you in the face on opening the door. Dirt, dust, hair visible on and under bunk beds. Kitchen cabinet doors fell off. Dirty dishes in cabinets. Dead and live cockroaches aplenty. Outside deck was lovely."
