"This was a nice house private house with private and secluded beach access. The house was well appointed but a bit cluttered. Too much furniture and the kitchenware was dated but it had a cozy feel. There was an odd musty smell that with us for the week probably due to the AC leaking and soaking the dining room rug, property manager was alerted and didn’t seem too concerned. We had a nice time and a comfortable stay but the house was priced too high and wasn’t as well kept as pictures showed....

"Property is gorgeous. After the first day we had the property to ourselves. The pool, hot tub and view is spectacular. The house was very comfortable for 7 adults. Highlights of the trip were Chef Khristont for a private dinner Captain Chris for our full day excursion and Luther’s Taxi who was always there and on time when we needed him. Norm the property manager was very accommodating through out our stay. Great vacation highly recommend. "

"We stayed 5 nights and the place was exactly what was shown and described in the pictures. It was a short walk to the beach and was equipped with plenty of beach chairs and towels. The electricity cut off one night for about 40 minutes and the owner said that was fairly common on the island. Other than that, we had a wonderful experience the entire stay. "

"Great place for 4 couples. We stayed here for my 50th birthday. Beach is beautiful and we had it to ourselves. Property has some upkeep issues but not unexpected for beachfront island property that gets a lot of wear and tear. We never got to meet Gabby but the cleaning crew let us in as they were wrapping up when we arrived. Had a couple of issues that Gabby addressed. Overall great vacation!"

"The house was spacious and was a really great property. There were plenty of water toys and equipment that we took advantage of. The beds were comfortable and bathrooms were a good size. The pool and the views were beautiful. Easy access to the beach and very walkable. The pictures on the website are a perfect representation of the property. "The home is just lovely. We had a large family of 14 people and it fit us more than comfortably. Beautiful views of the water from the living area and most every room in the main house and cottages. I can’t even begin to describe how much my family enjoyed this house and all the fun that was had in the shallow waters of the sandbar, kayaking the small river to see the sea turtles, and finishing up our day in the pool. Anything we needed, Judy, the property manager, saw that it was taken care of...

"Unfortunately, we were unable to make the trip this time. We had to dodge Hurricane Milton at first, then an emergency that came up hours before our rescheduled flight and we had to miss our Fall visit. Fina was ever so accommodating, understanding and wonderful as usual!!! She is an outstanding hostess and we can't wait until May to visit again for our third stay at Seabiscuit. It is such a phenomenal cottage and location loaded with everything we need to create a magical vacation!! Thank you...

"Las casas (alquilamos las 2) muy cómodas y amobladas con buen gusto. Tienen todo lo que uno necesita en unas vacaciones salvo sombrillas. La atención de la persona que contactamos muy buena. Problemas: No pudimos entrar a las 16:00 porque limpiando; lo pudimos hacer recién a las 18:00 hs. El servicio de internet es muy malo."
