Paradise
Most beautiful water and sand we’ve ever seen, and we were able to see it all day long from Lemon Tree. The house was perfectly appointed for our group of 5 couples. Plenty of individual space and plenty of space for us all to be together. We loved sitting in the pool staring out over the water. The beach was virtually private! Can’t recommend highly enough - we are already planning our return trip.

Incredible property and stay
We spent a family vacation at the lemon tree house and it did not disappoint. We have rented a lot of homes during vacations and this one is at the top of our list. Attentive hosts, clean, fun, and beautiful. We would absolutely stay here again. Perfect for group of 13!

You can’t go wrong with this beachfront home!
Our trip was amazing! This home has everything you need and want. The home and beach location is wonderful. From all the kitchen utensils and appliances, to the most comfortable beds. This home is centrally located to other beaches and grocery stores. Honestly, there is no reason to go to another beach. Cecil, the property manager greets you upon arrival and gives you a rundown of the home and the awesome sound system. If I could rate this home higher, I most definitely would!!!!

Beautiful Property with a Spectacular Water View on an Island with Limited Infrastructure
Beautiful 5 bedroom property with exceptional beach and water access. The property is as it is represented or better. Great house for large families. Fully stocked with everything you need in the kitchen and for serving ten or more. Some limited maintenance issues including outside fans, lighting, and sound system not working; Direct TV outages; and battery failure in the front door lock. Chefs are available to prepare meals for your group and our experience with two during 3 nights was excellent. However, understand the local restaurants can be some distance and our experience on the nights we went to highly recommended restaurants was disappointing both with respect to the food and their failure to address insect and heat problems. Also, grocery items and supplies are expensive, limited and road conditions are challenging. Overall, a great house located on an exceptional beach.

Exuma Blue Water Paradise @ The Lemon Tree House.
We had an amazing week at the Lemon Tree House. It is setup perfectly for 3 families with kids. The house is well stocked. Rebecca the owner and Cecil the concierge are very responsive and helpful. The pool and private beach area are perfection. Chef Tevin and his crew were amazing as well. We will be back!!!

Perfection by the Beach
Our recent stay at Lemon Tree House was nothing short of paradise for a week. The house, pool deck and beach were the perfect setup for an extended family vacation. We would not hesitate to book again. We used a local chef for 2 luncheons. Chef Vandera is the real deal. Her prep, food and service were NYC level. Thank you Rebecca for a memorable vacation.

It's paradise!!
Everything went better than planned. The house is amazing, the view, the view, the view....you won't get bored. The pool and beach are great. Rebecca and Cecil were always available to give me suggestions and answer questions. I hired Mike as our chef for 4 nights and the food and service were outstanding. That area has the best beach. I give this place 7 starts.

Relaxing beach get away
Our stay at this beautiful beach house was absolutely perfect. The size was perfect for our 4 couples, and we had plenty of spaces to be together. It was even better than we anticipated. The service and communication from the owners and the property manager was fantastic. I would highly recommend this house!

An oasis on a paradise island.
Absolutely everything about this place was perfect…to include location and amenities. It’s beautiful. Believe me, you won’t regret it. They thought of everything to make you at home. Cecil, the caretaker was very friendly and accommodating. Rebecca, the owner was always responsive to every question and so pleasant to deal with. I will definitely return to this oasis…we lived it. We had the best time on this little piece of paradise.

The Lemon Tree House was perfect for our three married couples and several adult children. 7 days of blissful turquoise water views. Cecil was very friendly and helpful. Beautiful week in paradise
We stayed at Lemon Tree for a week in early March 2024. It perfectly fit our extended family of three adult couples and six kids. The house is beautiful, well maintained, and very clean. The owners have clearly put a lot of thought into the details of the home and were excellent with communication and answering questions as we were preparing for the trip. The house is very close to the airport, but not so close that the planes bother you. We were able to fly from Charlotte, NC directly to Georgetown, and customs was quick and easy. Cecil was a responsive and friendly on-site host who met us when we arrived, showed us around the house, and restocked the house with supplies within an hour of being asked. We enjoyed every moment with him. We were delighted to have Chef Tevin and Sharell cook for us two evenings. Our only regret is not having them cook for us more often. We took a half-day boat tour with Robert’s Island tours, and it was a highlight for everyone, especially the kids. Bugs were not an issue for us during the day, as we had a light wind all week. We are glad that we followed the owners’ advice and brought a cooler of frozen meat and the food that our group is particular about. We also used the prestocking grocery service through Cecil since the availability and pricing of food and supplies in the local grocery stores is not what we are used to in the United States. Lemon Tree was perfect. You should go 🙂

Absolutely Amazing
We just returned from this stunning house. This house has absolutely everything you need for your stay. The pictures are a true reflection of what the house truly looks like. We had 11 people in our party and we had plenty of space. Rebecca was wonderful to work with and her guild was very helpful and very much appreciated. The views are spectacular you definitely won’t regret renting this house for your next vacation.

We have a few suggestions: an operating manual with instructions on how to have the TV sound come through the Sonos Speaker system and Streaming services without reprogramming the Fire TV stick; have baking soda and apple cider vinegar in the house for first aid on sand fleas bites.
