"The host was very responsive both with questions about the area as well as with any questions we had at the house. It was very nice and allowed for fun bonding and resting time. Great backyard area where you can have smores and chill at night. Having a considerate and flexible host made this trip even better! Highly recommend!"

"We so enjoyed our stay in this beautiful home! You cannot beat the view, and the location! We love playing around in the bay and this was the perfect place for that. We waded, went kayaking, watched dolphins play, and played in the sand. The kitchen was perfect for making our own meals and enjoying a holiday dinner. The only thing we missed were kitchen knives, so remember to pack a couple. Bring your own paper plates and cups etc. if you want them, but the kitchen is well stocked with dishes....

"Nice little place. One bathroom. Heat didn’t work and water pump breaker kept tripping. The host thought it had already been addressed and fixed. Just a bit frustrating. Place was a decent price regardless. Clean and near the lake."

"Having my bridal shower here was magical!!!! The weather was perfect and we had an amazing setup outside with tables, chairs and decorations. There are so many bedrooms! Our group of 18 never felt cramped at all and our party of 30 had an amazing time. I had asked the host what else we could do during our stay with this big group of women and she had so many great suggestions and ideas. We decided to turn the rest of our stay into an amazing women's retreat with painting outside/wine and games....

"Our family had the most amazing and relaxing stay at Story’s Landing. I voted to never leave but my family wouldn’t let me stay. You won’t want to leave either! The beautiful views from every window in every room brought the outdoors inside and the outdoor living spaces were so inviting. The host was extremely helpful and responsive. "The house presents just like the pictures and they have everything needed to relax by the pool. Remember to bring your login and streaming services they are available you just need to login to yours. Again even though our 20 yr old daughter wanted to stay with her big sister and her nephew gave us some private time!! Thanks again"

"We were visiting family in Niceville over the Christmas holiday with our dog. Fenced back yard and no carpet in the house made for a great stay with a dog. Beautiful updated kitchen, very comfortable couch and recliners. Hazel was great to communicate with and very responsive to our questions. Would stay again."
