"We had a nice stay at the cottage - it was cute and comfortable. Due to a rainy week, we didn't get to enjoy the beach or fire pit until our last day, but what nice little perks. We never figured out the beach pass situation, though. We went to the HOA office but they were closed. There is no laundry onsite despite the listing saying there is. While there are a lot of amenities included, especially for dog parents (which we aren't), there are no cooking items like oils, spices, etc. Most houses...

"The Cozy Cottage nestled in the heart of Alton Bay, NH was just what my family of four needed for an extended holiday weekend getaway. My favorite keepsake from staying at Rich’s Cozy Cottage was most definitely the spectacular view and the live music heard from across the Bay while I relaxed on the comfy blue chairs in the large breezeway! We even brought our pugs and our 22 ft boat. Next time I hope to be able to reserve a dock, but the ramp is literally a five minute walk away."

"My husband & I went with our daughter and son in law for a 3 night stay at Albert's fabulous cabin. What the front yard seemed to lack in curb appeal upon arrival, the back of the property more than made up for it, with a well-established path leading down to the water, an adorable wooden bridge & more than a few stairs. No one in our party has health issues & we found the, probably 2 minute jaunt, enjoyable, but it's something to keep in mind if considering this property. If any of us had a bad...

"Karen and John were amazing hosts! The house was just perfect for our little family and small dog. We were greeted with fun activity books, sidewalk chalk and bubbles for my daughter… a bottle of wine, fire wood, fixings for s’mores and even a new toy for my dog! They were attentive, available when we needed them and so very kind to me and my family. The kayaks and water toys kept my daughter entertained for hours. We were able to bring our boat and had our own dock space for the entire time...

"We had a fantastic weekend at the lake! The house was comfortable, spotless and well laid out, the pictures do not do it justice! The location is perfect, easy to walk or drive to the lake and an awesome backyard to relax in, play games, use the hot tub and make s’mores at the fire pit. The front porch is a peaceful place to relax in the morning with coffee. The owners were great to work with, incredibly informative, kind and helpful.
