"The unit was modern, extremely clean. Community fire pits stocked with plenty of wood just bring your own marshmallows 😎. We loved the communication. We received a welcome text the day before our visit and a text the day of our visit with the room code so there was no check in required. "

"Listing says it’s walkable, but it’s probably a good 20 minute walk and it’s not ideal with kids because of traffic once you get into Acadia. It is a short drive to Jordan pond house though. Our mattress was from 2007 and we did not sleep good at all because of it. Not enough seats for 4 to relax in living room after a long day of hiking either. Very responsive host so that was a positive."

"Our group had a couple of unfortunate events upon our arrival and exit were all completely smoothed over by Aaron and his team through near instant communication and attention to detail that made our stay the enjoyable and memorable experience it was. The place is 10-15 minutes from Bar Harbor that made easy access to everything. The beds were great and the kitchen had everything we needed. When you have a host willing to go above and beyond, the VRBO vacations are all the better!"

"Perfect location and beautiful house. We are a family of 10 adults and had plenty of room. The park is fun to visit though parking can be challenging. The same with Bar Harbor, great town but difficult to park. I’d recommend this home and location for a Fall getaway. Foliage was amazing. House was clean and stocked but needed a few more forks and coffee cups. 😀"

"My husband and I spent a few nights at this tiny home in Acadia as part of our two week Maine vacation. I found the accommodations to be just as advertised. "Lovely stay on a quiet street on the south side of Mount Desert island with a short, easy bike ride to Jordan Pond and the Carriage Roads. Stay here, and you can be opposite in rythym to the Bar Harbor crowds starting their day on the opposite side of the park. Option to catch the free, convenient park shuttle at Jordan Pond to get around."

"This cottage was a pleasant change from the bustle of Bar Harbor. Although its small and cozy, it had what we needed for a short term stay. Barring a few check-in inconveniences, it was comfortable and we especially enjoyed the firepit that we spent time at after a long Acadia Park hiking adventure."
