Comfortable older style property with all mod cons clean with a spectacular outlook. One small gripe. Very aggressive magpies in the pines. A hat outdoors is essential. Maybe a gentle warning so visitors know to wear a hat.

Perfect location to spend a week.
From the moment we arrived we felt at home. Beds comfortable. Comfortable couch. We relaxed in the tranquillity of the bay. Explored beautiful beaches. Watched dolphins swim from our window. Very helpful information on the fridge.

Amazing getaway!
Our family had an absolute ball staying at Tall Pines for the weekend! Kathy & her family have well & truly thought of everything to comfortably accommodate young families. We were blown away with the location & stunning views. Such a homey place with plenty of room- we all well & truly relaxed! We will definitely be back to make more great family memories!

Paradise
Exactly as advertised - a great family retreat on the beach front. We had a great time at Tall Pines and will revisit again. Lots of activities in the area including fishing. Kathy and Mike are great hosts.

Winter Haven
We have named our stay away at Tall Pines, the "Dog's Holiday". Our 7 month old Rough Collie (Lassie dog) had the absolute time of his life, especially forming a close bond with a neighbour’s Lab. We caught King George Whiting right in front of the house, cooked them on coals on the beach fire pit, taught the puppy to ride the kayak and kayaked with dolphins. The weather was winter and we had travelled and ferried through record rains and temps in Wallaroo and Adelaide (from Melb) but we managed to fit a lot in in 4 days. If you are passing through Port Lincoln, do a big shop. The IGA at Coffin Bay was under stocked (maybe bc of winter). Lunch at Oyster HQ was good. The restaurant ‘1802’ was closed. Walks to the coastal reserve were beautiful. We only just started to wind down when it was time to 'wind it up' again. I can imagine in the warmer months, this would be heaven. The house had everything we needed. Thanks Kathy!

So relaxing! Just as described.
This property was exactly as described. A gorgeous location for rest and relaxation. Everything at your fingertips if you want to explore, and everything available if you want peace and quiet. We would recommend Tall Pines to anyone wishing to explore the EP.

Perfect spot for family holiday!
We loved our stay at Tall Pines! Beautiful and quiet spot! Loved the kayaks and SUP board. Great distance to farm beach which is perfect for kids. Kathy was an amazing host with such good communication. Couldn’t fault all the “shack” feels with board games and Nintendo etc.

What a beautiful location - so serene. Just a wonderful place to unwind and refresh
Booking was easy, prompt responses to all questions. Very comfortable accommodation with lots of extras (board games, DVDs, great kitchen - which was stocked with pantry staples). Wonderful views, good fishing and a place for a small camp fire). We loved it!!

Property was incredibly well equipped. Everything has been thought of. Great knives, cutlery ,glasses and glad wrap etc. I have gotten into to the habit of taking all of my own…. but all was here at Tall Pines! The view , the comfort , the serenity it was all afforded to us. What a privilege to be so close to the water! Thank you for sharing and such timely and wonderful communication from the owners too!
