Amazing location and house! Barry's communication has been outstanding! He came and shoveled and blew the snow off our vehicles. Girlfriends Christmas get together; we will stay here again!

Cute and clean little house, with lots of items at your disposal. Very little requirements when checking out. Great communication and attention to the little things. Disappointed that the weather kept us from being able to use the fire pit, but will be sure to try it next time.

Six ladies stayed in rental very comfortably. There were little amenities that were very helpful and made our stay special. Location was centrally located and very accessible to restaurants and golf courses.

Cozy Stay in a Quaint Neighborhood
Loved staying at this property that had all the amenities we could think of and more. The rooms were decorated so cute and the beds were amazingly comfortable. I loved the little touches, including shower supplies, and bottled water awaiting us in the fridge when we checked in on a hot summer's day.

Great House! Great Host! Great Stay!
We had a great stay here. The house is super comfy and has everything you need for a great stay. The host is sooooo nice and accommodating. 4 nights there and I would absolutely rent again next time I'm in town.

We stayed at this property with our two young children while visiting family for the holidays. This property was perfect for what we needed. There was a ton of space for the kids and everything was so well stocked including bottled water in the fridge! Barry was so great to communicate with and even provided a high chair and offered a baby gate for the stairs. The location was great with lots of restaurants nearby. I'd love to stay here during the summer and walk to downtown when the weather is nice. Will definitely stay here again!

This place is really nice and clean. The host was such a friendly guys with a good communication throughout our stay. The place was very clean and had everything you’d ever need at a vacation home. I say it was better than any 5 star hotel and its service.

House was great! Clean, updated, very well stocked with whatever we needed. Barry was great to work with and kept checking in to make sure we had everything we needed. Walking distance to campus and close to stores. We’ll definitely be back!

Super clean & comfy beds
We had three couples head to Mt. Pleasant for a golf weekend and chose to stay here. When we arrived, the code was easy to use. It smelled clean the second we stepped in, and it was. Three bedrooms upstairs and a bathroom, with an additional bathroom downstairs was perfect. We all had comfy beds, and each room with it's own air conditioner with it's own remote. Upstairs bathroom as the cutest, little sink I've ever seen along with plenty of clean towels. Kitchen had everything we needed. Both a Keurig and regular drip coffee maker are supplied. We made a few meals/snacks and the oven worked great, and fridge is cold! Loved having the outside patio area with the gas firepit. The weather cooperated so it was used a lot in the evenings.

This house was perfect for our stay. Location couldn't have been better. House was clean and felt new with nice personal touches like k cups, bottled water and newly installed air conditioners for each room. Thank you Barry and your lovely wife for making our stay very comfortable.

5 Star Stay and Family Friendly
This is a beautiful home and was accommodating for our family when we traveled from various states to MI for our Grandfather’s funeral. House was very clean, beds were super comfortable and it was so nice to have a bath tub. We traveled with our 18 month old and Barry went above and beyond to install baby gates and provide a high chair for our stay. Dining room table was large with lots of seating and it was nice to have meals with our extended family while we were in town. Knowing that there was a washer and dryer on site made packing easier as we were able to do laundry and not have to pack so heavily. We will always book this house when we come back to Mt. Pleasant to visit our family. We highly recommend!!

The home was very clean, well equipped and comfortable. The owner Barry was extremely helpful and responsive to any request. We were in Mt Pleasant for our daughters Doctoral Graduation from CMU and were very pleased that we were able to find a rental so close to campus! If we ever return to Mt Pleasant t we will definitely request to stay here! We wish Barry and his wife continued success on their rental.
