"One of our favorite properties of all time! So well appointed and well designed. Loved the pedestrian friendly neighborhood sandwiched between two restaurant/local shop areas. Will def rent again! "

"It was really nice for our party of 5 to travel with 3 adult kids and have 4 bedrooms. The windows are brand new. The property is nice and felt safe. There are skylights throughout. It's very bright from the skylights. We were only there for 2 nights so we didn't have the opportunity to check out the gym. It was a good value for the price."

"Amazing place, wish we could live here. The neighborhood is great for access everywhere by car, the only thing that could have made it even better would have been a few more walkable places in the neighborhood, but can hardly blame Vicki for that! It's a very well stocked and thoughtfully cared for place. Very clean, check in and parking were incredibly easy. A great stay!"

"Check in was easy. Home was comfortable. It was perfectly located to what we needed, which was the south waterfront area near Oregon ballet theatre. Enjoyed walks through the neighborhood in the evenings. Only downside is parking. It's explained in check in, but driveway is narrow, steep and rounded. I'm personally not great at backing in, so this space intimidated me. There is one street spot in front of home, but one time we arrived back at home and that spot was occupied. "

"The host was very friendly and gave us lots of tips about the area. The property is beautiful and well maintained. It was very spacious and close to most area attractions. Would recommend it to anyone coming to the area."

"The home was extremely lovely overall and Marcus was a very responsive host! The house was clean, looked just liked the photos, and had ample parking available. We had a slight issue with the stove, but Marcus was very fast to respond and help us troubleshoot. We had four guests total - three adults and a 1 year old. The house was definitely suitable for an infant, and the sleeper sofa could easily sleep one person. It did have a strange angle to it that may have made two people difficult....

The location is perfect as Alberta Street is one of our favorite places to shop and it's easily walkable. The house is large and feels like your staying at a relatives house with tons of space for everyone. This was our second stay at this property we liked it so much! "
