"It was a lovely property in a great location. The owner was really easy to communicate with and the beach and coastal walk were beautiful.There was some scaffolding at the property which the owner inform us of beforehand. This was not being used. There were some early works on a flat downstairs but we let the owner know and they let us know it would be handled.I would stay again"

"Ideal position for the coast & the Mumbles. Quiet road with easy parking. Short walk to access the Coastal Path for Langlands, Caswell & Bracelet Bays & beyond. We were visiting family & it was ideal for having grandchildren to stay with us overnight. Cosy Cottage was beautifully presented & had everything we needed. Not near to food shops. Worth shopping before arrival."

"What a great find this was.... Originally I was looking for a nice hotel for the night as a little treat with my partner. Due to the Take That performing at Swansea.Com Stadium the same night. Hotel prices were sky high, nearly all had over doubled in price, some asking £400+. Than out of the blue I find this beauty..... Absolutely stunning views as far as the eye can see all round. "The property is in a beautiful location, the views from the garden are incredible. The facilities are all as mentioned, the hot tub was well maintained and a real luxury. The property wasn’t the cleanest, but in a rural location in great weather we didn’t spend much time on the house. "On first floor through a side door easy to access. Apartment was clean well catered for comfy bed. Tastefully decorated. You are in the heart of everything 3 beaches within walking distance. Close to local pub lovely food and good value. Supermarket close by. Parking not always available out side but we didn’t have to go far to find spaces."

"Absolutely amazing, we have never stayed anywhere like this, the pictures do not do it justice, the place is huge! The views are stunning and you have everything there you may need.
