TRANQUILIDAD Y DESCANSO

Una vivienda excelente. Con todo lo necesario para estar totalmente desconectado . Las terrazas son magnificas . Solo le falta una buena sombrilla para pasar muchas mas horas en la terraza principal . Estoy deseando volver

A lovely apartment for some family time in the Spanish sun! From booking through to check in, the process was smooth and stress free. The owners are super quick to respond to messages. The apartment is lovely, with plenty of space (family of 5) and all the housewares you could need during your stay - lots of towels (including pool/beach towels) as well as sun loungers and a parasol for the pool and golf clubs should you wish to use them. When we arrived the apartment was surface clean but it could use a thorough deep clean as it was dusty behind doors, inside cupboards and under the sofa (evident when pulling out the sofa bed). Also, some areas of decor were a bit grubby and need of refresh, particularly in the bathroom. We had a minor issue with the toilet flusher on day 1 which was resolved very quickly by the keyholder. Underground parking is served by an elavator straight to the penthouse which was so convienent. The resort of Hacienda Riquelme is generally well kept, but we were bothered by loose tile grount underfoot, in and around the nearest pool which appeared to need some maintenance. The pool area did not seem to have been cleaned during our entire 10 day stay. There is 1 main restaurant where the food is average price and quality. The service on all 3 occasions where we dined here was awful. A gorgeous little cafe/bar serves food, cocktails and beer until dinner time but we found that they had often run out of most food by early to mid afternoon.

Lovely Apartment

Enjoyed a long weekend stay in this apartment. Location was excellent as it was only a short walk to the supermarket and club house. The rooftop solarium was brilliant and well equipped although the sun loungers in the photographs are no longer there. They have been replaced by chairs you can carry to the pool. Front balcony was lovely to sit in the evening watching the sun set.

Wonderful Accomodation

Very relaxing stay. Everything in the apartment was excellent. A bit away from a variety of restaurants. The bar and restaurant on site is adequate for a couple of evenings, also understand there is more on offer in the peak season.

Lovely apartment.

We very much enjoyed our time at Hacienda Riquelme. The terrace was in the sun all day and was perfect for sunbathing. Apartment had all the facilities you need for a relaxing stay. Golf course looked perfect (although we're not golfers so we dont know how it plays ) . We must echo other reviews and say that you will 100% need a car for your stay. The online handbook you are sent is full of recommended places to go so if you are new to the area it's a very helpful extra.

Super terrace ,small issues let it down.

Well equipped terrace/balcony with views over the pool. The bedrooms are nicely decorated with access to a smaller front balcony. The bedding was a mid tog quilt which was too warm as there was no air conditioning in the bedrooms and provided fans don't really cool. The kitchen walls had a few splash and various dirty marks, skirting board tops very grimey. Quite a few bulbs in the light fittings not working and no spares to replace them. The owners need to check the condition periodically or they may receive negative reviews.

Another great stay

Really like this little gem The perfect peaceful getaway with all the luxury conveniences. Great sun drenched terrace with good lounging furniture. Good tv channels including Netflix and Prime, Wi-Fi also very good. Look forward to my next visit.

Great Apartment

We had an excellent stay the apartment was very good as advertised. We have stayed in the area many time and it is probably the best apartment we have rented mainly down to its position with sunny aspects on both balcony areas front and rear. Good location to the golf clubhouse and practice facilities. The food at the hacienda restaurant was excellent and it’s handy having a small shop. The golf course is on way up the best we played was Lo Romaro worth a trip. Overall an excellent property and I would definitely recommend a holiday there.

Top, aber nicht in allen Bereichen Luxus

Pro: Lage, südliche Ausrichtung der schönen Terrasse, die kleinen Balkons der Schlafzimmer liegen ab dem Nachmittag in der Sonne wohnlich und gemütlich eingerichtet Gute Heizung (brauchten wir im Januar) Fernseher mit ausreichend Programmen (nicht alle!) Verbesserungsfähig: Nur Kapselmaschine, keine Kaffeemaschine Backofentüre hängt leicht aus viel zu viele Kissen - wohin damit? Nur eine Bettdecke, anstatt 2 je Zimmer Wasserhahn im Bad ist schwergängig und quietscht wackliger Esstisch Esszimmerstühle: Filz unter die Beine?! Die Schlafzimmer sind recht klein, man stoßt sich des öfteren an den Heizkörpern.

Tastefully decorated, well equipped, small penthouse situated between Murcia and the coast which provides a good base for visiting the surrounding towns and shopping centres. Property is quiet and secure. ideal for sporting enthusiasts.

L’appartement au sein d’un golf

Appartement très joliment décoré identique au photos très belle terrasse, vu sur la piscine et sans vis à vis. Un endroit très calme pour passer des vacances paisibles. Bolt hole to the sun

Everything was as promised and the extras I.e dishwasher tabs kitchen towel coffee pods etc was a welcome bonus. Situated close to hacienda and shop . Beautiful views from the sun terrace, great sunrises a lovely break although I would say you need a car.

Besser geht es kaum

Eine sehr gemütlich und luxuriös eingerichtetes Penthouse. Alles so wie beschrieben und fotografiert, von der Tiefgarage über den Aufzug bis ins Penthouse. Sehr liebe Vermieter mit einer fantastischen Kommunikation. Leider ist die Dachterrasse ab 15:00 Uhr im Schatten und im Januar dann zu kalt um diese schöne Dachterraste zu genießen. Wir kommen gerne wieder!!
