"The property was somewhat quirky, but in the ideal location to stay over while visiting the area for motocross. The owners were friendly and welcoming on arrival and at breakfast. One of the only things I can really pick a fault with is there was a really strong stale smoke smell in the bathroom which did hit you when opening the bathroom door, so could do with a freshen up and maybe an air freshener in there. "We are visiting from Australia and this place is absolutely awesome! Amazing location yet within walking distance to pubs / restaurants and town centre. Incredibly quiet being in a country setting and lots of opportunities for walks by the river. The staff were welcoming and friendly and we were able to have breakfast outside in the lovely garden. We felt well looked after. Highly recommend!"

"Great location and staff very helpful and friendly. There was a wedding happening whislt we stayed there and apart from seeing the bride and groom doing their photos we didnt even know a wedding was happening. Nice countryside walk into Thame as well. If i had to find issues then the room could have done with some complimentary water and dressing gowns though which was a bit of a surprise considering we were in a suite and the cost of it. Car park is a bit of a walk if its raining. However...
