"I came for a solo trip to unwind and enjoy the views, and this place was perfect for that! I spent 80% of my trip on the sunroom sofa, and it was magical. It's like living in a tree house! Contacted Brian after arriving and couldn’t connect to the WiFi…. he immediately walked us thru the connection (the internet was on the slow side for our stay but not really a big deal for us). "We really enjoyed our stay. I was most impressed with all the amenities that were in the house. Even a heating pad, which came in handy for sore muscles. "This place is so great if you want to get away from it all. Quiet, beautiful view, just nice. Very clean and well equipped. It is remote, however. The long, narrow gravel, road could be "interesting" to navigate in wet weather I would think. But we had a truck so no problem. You do need to use steep stairs to get to the main level, which can be difficult, especially with luggage, for older folks. I didn't like having to haul trash to the dump at the end of the stay but the only other choice...

"The cabin was new, clean, and well stocked. The high ceilings and windows made the entire place feel open any airy. We especially enjoyed sitting by the outdoor fireplace and lounging in the hot tub. We truly enjoyed our stay and would happily return to the cabin when we come back to Murphy!"
