This home was the best choice we made for our Christmas Holiday gathering. You simply cannot write enough about how stunning the view is. It's breathtaking! I can only imagine how beautiful the view is in the fall. The home is very nice, clean, well appointed, and comfortable. The furniture is very nice and not all beaten up like in other rentals we've had. However, they could use some new mattresses and box springs. But I'm sure those will be added soon enough. If you are looking for a rental in this area, go ahead and select this one, you'll be so happy you did. The view alone is so worth the stay, and it makes up for the bumpy dirt road to get there.

Great cabin and great location
This cabin has wonderful sunset views and although it’s in a neighborhood, it’s very quiet and peaceful. The paved road leading to the cabin is very steep and narrow with sharp switchbacks probably best navigated in a truck….no shoulder by steep drop offs make it challenging if you meet oncoming traffic. The gravel road leaves more room for passing oncoming cars but is very rough. The decor and layout of the cabin are great and the kitchen has everything you might need. Great communication with the owner for any questions or concerns. We enjoyed many delicious meals in the area and took advantage of the river walk nearly every day for our morning walks. Ingles is a good place for groceries nearby. We enjoyed exploring the area and day trips to McCaysville, Blue Ridge and Blairsville.

Beautiful, peaceful home…. Close to John Campbell Folk School
We took weeks classes at John Campbell Folk School and had to staff off campus since we had our dog. The house was very comfortable with a great view. We drove back and forth to Brasstown very easily. The owner was very kind and communicative.

Peace and Quiet
Cabin was nice and there was lots of attention to detail. They thought of everything. Views are spectacular! We stayed during February and absolutely enjoyed the peace and quiet there. Our dog loved it too! Murphy downtown was very neat with many good places to eat. We will be back!
