Great house for large Family
Great Vacation house. Having 2 kitchens and 2 Living space was an added bonus. Property Manager was Awesome and responds quickly to question's.

Owner very responsive. Second floor great!
Great location. Home provided two separate living areas, which allowed us to have some privacy while at the same time ability to socialize when desired. Outside seating off second floor was fabulous. Owner responded immediately to a request we had for ice cube trays. Pool area looked great although weather too cold for us to use it. Easy walk to the beach access up the street. Would definitely stay again.

Family Trip 2024!
The stay was amazing, and we could not have picked a better location for our annual family trip! The location was perfect access to the beach and the property worked great for our large family and range of ages. Karl and his team were there to answer questions and took great care of us. We would definitely rent this place again.

We left early due to Hurricane Debby. We were told we would not get a refund. Very disappointed that we didn't get a partial refund. Access to the beach wasn't as close as indicated but not bad. Had issues with air conditioning unit in main room not working. Room air conditioner in one room was literally duct taped into the window but it did cool sufficiently. property manager returned calls quickly. Pool was great. Would rent again from them.

Family vacation with grandpa
We had a wonderful stay with our grandpa who is in a wheelchair. It was wonderful to bring him to a home where he could use his wheelchair and go to Hunting Beach State Park to use a beach wheelchair. Host was very attentive and responsive. Perfect location to the beach across the street. Although we never used the pool, it was beautiful.

Family Getaway
We thoroughly enjoyed our 3-generation family getaway to Murrell's Inlet. The layout of this home allowed for each family to have their own space but also for us all to gather together, whether it was making dinners, assembling a puzzle, or storytelling by the firepit. Golf Trip
Pool Party was an excellent property for our group of 10 guys!! The house was well appointed with everything that we needed. It is located across the street from the ocean, has a great pool, and plenty of space for everyone. Located very close to some great restaurants. Our host (Karl) was very easy to work with, and was quick to respond with any questions that we had.

Wonderful Stay!
I can’t say enough great things about Pool Party. The location is great with 2 restaurants within a block from the house. The pool access is a short 30 second walk away and the beach has a private feel to it. There weren’t many people and it wasn’t crowded at all. The house was super clean and the yard is huge!! The pool was perfect for our group and the kids were in it night and day. We will definitely be back!

Amazing stay!!!!
Our stay at pool party was absolutely amazing! The house is located in a beautiful area and is very close to the beach access (3 houses away). The house was recently remodeled, and everything was done beautifully! There were more than enough bedrooms and bathrooms for our large group. The pool area is absolutely amazing and the backyard is huge. We can’t wait to come back again next year!

It was a great place to stay, but there were way too many insects such as ants, flies, and enormous cockroaches that arent safe around babies. For example, there was a cockroach found on my friends bed and his baby was on the bed with a cockroach on him.

Spacious and Airy
We had a great stay at Pool Party! The house is very comfortable, spacious and airy. The house worked well for my mother in law who is mostly in a wheelchair. It was easy to get her in and out of the house and to the pool area. Communication with the homeowner was excellent and he was very responsive. We would definitely stay in this house again. My only criticisms would be: Not every bedroom has a closet. This was unexpected and there was nowhere for my husband and me to hang up clothing. Our bathroom had one small towel rack near the sink for a hand towel and one larger rack that could hold 2 bath towels. That was it. There was plenty of wall space for another towel rack and/or hooks. No closet and too few towel racks left us with nowhere to put damp beach towels, swim suits, extra bath towels, any hanging clothes… If these problems get fixed the house will pretty much be perfect!

2023 Annual Golf Trip to Murrell's Inlet area
Perfect house for 8 golfers, just a ground level and 2nd level so stairs were minimized. 8 bedrooms and 6 baths so everyone has space. 2 full good sized kitchens, can't beat that! Great location, short walk to beach , short walk to great marsh views. Close to South Myrtle Beach golf courses and to Murrell's Marsh walk (bars, music, resturants).

Great property
Group of 8 guys up from FL for a golf outing. Host Karl was extremely responsive and helped out immediately with any needs. The renovations are well done and there were no rundown furniture or decor like we’ve seen in other properties. . The beds were comfortable and you can’t beat the ocean side location. We had a blast and would book there again in a heartbeat!

Great house/great host
The house is very nice. It works out well if you have multiple families. The downstairs rooms have individual ac systems in them. The furniture/beds were nice and new. The pool is awesome!!!! The area is good. It’s a golf cart ride away from stores etc in garden city. We travel a good bit and have stayed in hotels and houses in different areas and I promise you won’t find a better host than Karl. The many questions we had before our stay were answered almost instantly. We didn’t have any problems at all but we did reach out to him for food recommendations and all options were good food in good locations. Thanks Karl for making that beach stay a GREAT trip. You won’t go wrong with this house. It’s very nice.

Great location!!!
This place was great. Our family had plenty of room, the beds are actually comfortable. The house is clean and recently updated. The pool is great large enough for everyone to be outside and enjoy!! Most definitely would stay here again!
