"The staff were very attentive, especially Sam. On the downside, we suspect ongoing maintenance will be required for very minor things like the toilet roll holders and in our room the wardrobe door didn’t fully shut, so the light shone through; and I wasn’t overly impressed by the breakfast. In spite of those extremely minor issues we would love to stay again. It’s a lovely and impressive hotel in an amazing location - and the focaccia is to die for!"

"The Dock was fabulous and exactly what I was hoping to achieve for a 1 night stay between my work days. I was gutted as I’d heard so much about the breakfast but I ended up being in such a rush so didn’t have time to have a full English but the lush lady behind the kitchen counter asked me if I wanted a sandwich making to take away. She made me a huge and the best tasting bacon sarnie with a latte to take away (proper fresh brewed coffee) she saved my bacon literally haha. As I didn’t eat again...
