Perfect Grand Haven Stay
My family and I had a wonderful stay at this condo! It was the perfect location. Restaurants, shops, and coffee shops were all within walking distance (the condo is right on the downtown strip). You can see the musical fountain from the front steps of the building! Grand Haven public beach is a mile away. My family and I walked to the lighthouse and back every morning. The condo itself was extremely clean. It came with more amenities than we were expecting - more than we have ever had at any other rental! Jennifer was quick to text back when we had a question. This will be the only place we will stay from now on when we visit Grand Haven. I highly recommend it!!

We had a lovely stay in this great condo located in the heart of downtown Grand Haven. It is a perfectly appointed property located within walking distance of the boardwalk, restaurants, etc. we had a lovely time and will keep this property in mind on subsequent trips!

Weekend getaway to Grand Haven
During our brief stay in Grand Haven, we found this property exceptionally pleasing. Very clean with modern amenities, and the location is fantastic (we visited the Kirby House several times!).

Great stay in Grand Haven!
This is a great place to stay in Grand Haven. It is clean and well stocked. The owners do a very good job of staying in touch and communicating leading up to and through the stay. The building is right downtown, just off Washington and Harbor, so very convenient to walk to most anywhere downtown. The beach is walkable, too - just about a mile away down the boardwalk. There are two bedrooms (both queen beds, I think) and two bunk beds in the common area outside the bedrooms (all downstairs). We've stayed here many times and keep coming back. Thanks again for a great stay!

Awesome host!
We had a great stay at this condo. The owners were super helpful leading up to our visit. They found a pair of earrings my wife left behind and even offered to ship them back to me. Thanks!! If we find ourselves returning to Grand Haven I would absolutely stay here again.

I can’t speak more highly of our experience. Beautiful location, great feel and vibe. Supplied as expected and then some! Truly allowed for that home away from home feel. Hosts were excellent and attentive, but not intrusive. I was truly impressed and humbled by this place and experience. 10/10, worth every penny. Thank you so much!!!

Great location! Beautiful condo!
We had a girls weekend we my mom myself and my 8 year old daughter. It was late fall so off season, but that made the location key! Short walk to restaurants and shopping and right downtown. The host was great and gave us fun museum recommendations to check out. The place was really cool, two stories with a nook for bunk beds. The beds were cozy and fun views. The roof was fun stars the first night and a sun rise the last morning. Definitely recommend

Perfect location and unit
Perfect setup for a weekend getaway. Very nice unit. Well equipped. Nice beds. Quiet but close to everything in town. We had a wonderful time. Owners were efficient and easy to communicate with!

Perfect stay
The condo is easy to get to, lots of parking and the garage, a great location walking distance to the river, shops, and restaurants. We had everything we needed and plenty of space for two of us and our toddler. Our host was helpful and easily reachable before and during our stay.

Great Condo with Great Owners
This is the second year in a row we’ve stayed at this condo. This would never happen if this wasn’t a 5+ Star property. Cleanliness and location are outstanding. Jen is wonderful to deal with - very thorough and accommodating. We will make this an annual trip.

Family Weekend
Amazing location across from water and next to downtown. You never have to drive anywhere while there. There is a single drawback and that is since it is so close to downtown and the water it can be loud at times. The Property Manager is top notch. Great communication! Excellent place.

Perfect Location for Coast Guard Festival
We loved this condo. Plenty of towels and pillows. The location was perfect for enjoying the Coast Guard Festival. You are close to all the activities and can walk to everything. The rooftop was perfect for viewing the fireworks but wish the tables were high tops so we could have seen the musical fountain better.

Beautiful rental in a great location. So close to all of the fun activities! The rental had everything - from kitchen equipment to beach items. Little hiccup at check out on my part and the owner was extremely nice. Don't think you could find a better place with kinder owners in Grand Haven!

Family reunion
This is a great rental unit for being able to enjoy Grand Haven. We were in town for my annual family reunion. It was great to be able to park our cars and walk to dining and shopping. Also the Boardwalk is always an enjoyable way to get some exercise after all the great food and "sweet treats" (ice cream). The unit is very well maintained. We have other family members who have stayed in the Zephyr building and they also enjoyed it's location. We recommend this unit and will use it again if it is available.

Best Grand Haven stay so far
3rd or 4th stay in grand haven and this was the best so far. We had a last minute cancellation and were lucky to book here 2 days before staying. The owner communication was seamless, everything fine during the stay didn’t need any contact until checkout. The location is right downtown, we could walk to everything and we even enjoyed the fountain show from the roof (all 3 nights). The condo was really clean and felt new. We could have definitely fit a family of 5. Maybe we’ll bring our 3 kids next time :)
