Solid but not with "Amazing" Views
Clean, safe, comfortable, nicely equipped and with great access to the beach. This condo is perpendicular to beach, facing other buildings to the West with a very narrow balcony and limited views. Parking a block away is inconvenient but workable. A Piggly Wiggly grocery store is less than a mile away with good choices for food, paper products, etc.A new pier is under construction in direct view of the balcony. The city Boardwalk, golf, restaurants, shopping, mini and regular golf courses are amply available within a few miles

Our Family Vacation
Overall stay was good. Was not informed of the parking situation. The only problem that we had with the unit was that the dryer was not drying our clothes unless we ran it 2 to 3 times. Contacted the manger and they did send someone out but it still did not fix the problem with the dryer. The view is very beautiful, close to everything.

Basic condo
Location was good for the beach but general public was a little sketchy. We had to park in a parking garage away from the property, which wasn't ideal with a child. It was in the listing but still find it kinda funny they can't provide something as simple are toilet paper and trash bags. The lock on the front door is a little rough. We had to keep redoing it because it wouldn't lock itself on the first try like it should. Overall, the beach was clean and quiet. We enjoyed all the food in the area! Definitely love to come back for some all you can eat crab legs at Crabby George's.

Overall a good stay
Overall this was a good stay. The rental was very clean and pretty comfortable. I wouldn’t rate the view as “amazing “ but it’s exactly what the picture shows. There is no onsite parking. The parking garage is a street/block behind the condo. Not a huge deal during the day but was very creepy at night and early morning for 2 women ages 44 & 17. I carried my pepper spray. The pool area needs some upgrades and there’s no hot tub although I was under the impression there was one? Maybe my mistake. Anyways, we had a good time for our first time in Myrtle Beach and I’d stay again.

Amazing location

Great Stay
This was a great place to stay. I only found two things that could have been better. 1. A fan 2. A hand wand in the shower would have helped. (I’m handicapped and the seat didn’t do any good because no handheld shower wand).

Perfect for what we needed!
The place was perfect for what we needed. Everything was clean and the building itself was in a great location. The only downside was the parking garage, every night random people walking through parking garage and my wife did not feel safe at all. At one point she had to park overnight in the unloading zone because she was being followed by a man wearing a security vest that did not work there. The women at the front desk was very understanding and let her park there so she and my two young daughters could go into the building safely. Securty I think should be improved.

Great location!
We had a great time at this location! So convenient being right on the beach and having the option to go to the pool or ocean. The view was wonderful from the balcony and the place was very clean and nice! The only issue we had was figuring out where the condo was and where to park since the instructions were a little vague, but this was also our first time to Myrtle so it was all a little confusing. We loved it and definitely will be back!

Family vacation
Great long weekend on the beach. We were able to bring our own food in a cooler to make it even more affordable. Long Beach days and the condo and pool are beyond convenient. Parking is a bit far (about a block away), but all else great.

Bare Minimum
If you're looking for the bare minimum this is the place for you. There was NOTHING in the condo - no paper towels, toilet paper, garbage bags, etc. They left you ONE dishwasher pod. When we went to go to bed the first night we found out they also didn't make the beds...that was something else we got to do ourselves. I have never stayed in a place that doesn't have the beds made. The property looked exactly like the pictures. The view of the beach was nice. The beach itself was beautiful. The area around the condo was less than desirable and definitely not somewhere you'd want to be at night. The property felt very unsafe - although we were given an elevator code the elevator doors were wide open the entire time of our stay - even after letting the front desk know.

This condo is the perfect beach vacation. We loved it so much we booked again for next year. The only issue was a streaming only tv AND it was up to the tenants to have their own account. Nothing was said about this in the listing. While extremely frustrating, th manager did correct the issue. Once we got this issue resolved the rest of the stay was amazing.

Myrtle Beach Condo
The property was pretty much as advertised. The condo had a really nice view of the beach. The parking was easy, but across the street. We were traveling from a northern state and had driven all day. We were told that we would receive an email by 4PM giving us the codes to get into the condo and parking. By 6PM we had not received any email. We stopped for the night. I called the number we were given for after hours help. This line was just to report a problem in the unit. I then called the regular number and left a message. About five minutes later the email came in at 6:49PM. I called a day or two before we were to leave. I was was told that they could not help me and hung up on me. I called back and got the same person and she told me she hung up because I was nasty. She told me she could not make a decision on giving me credit for the night we did not stay in the unit. I was told that a manager would call back and discuss this matter. I am still waiting for the call back. The condo was a good place to stay. However my dealings with the management company was not good!
