We loved the condo and the view, however parking was another story. There’s not enough parking. Parking is very tight for all the pickup trucks and suv,s.

Family Time
Great place to relax and have quiet family time. This is a smaller complex with minimal walking and it sits right on the sand/beach front, so you can keep an eye on your family at all times.

This condo is on the beach. Has a newly renovated pool. Corner condo with extra large balcony. Location is close to restaurants but in a quiet area of Garden City.

Carolina Country Music Festival

Like the place, but there were a few negatives. The beachside deck and stairs to the beach were closed for construction. An excavator was used everyday we were there, and the noise level was very loud. Kinda felt scary at times and kept us on edge. Wish we would have known that before the booking.

Enjoyed Vacation
Great location and building would stay here again. Bath tubs were extremely dirty had to clean 2 of 3 and found some cherrios on living room floor. Otherwise great space. Construction going on during day is loud but fortunately not there much during day so not an issue for us. Friend stayed here over a month ago and had same issue but only during afternoon hours that we both noticed.

Garden City Stay/9/1/2021
Everything was as described on the Web. Parking no problem. Condo was clean, a little dated, with popcorn ceilings, some falling off, but not a big deal. The view was great and easy access to the beach. Would have loved to have a mop available, had a broom and Swiffer. Washer and dryer worked just fine. Bed comfortable, pillows O.K. Will be back. Relaxing
We enjoyed the condo very much. The location was perfect for our family. The condo itself was a little outdated but we could tell they are updating a little at a time. It was very clean so that was important. We never found the community grills so that was a little disappointing. Being on the beach though we had so many restaurants to also choose from and some walking distance. The beds were not the greatest but we still sleep well. Overall our family decided we would definitely stay there again.

Fantastic Time
We had such a great experience. The property was clean and comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed (including a Keurig type coffee maker.) We never even had to wait for an elevator. The teenage family members loved walking to the nearby arcade. Mandy checked on us daily. We will definitely be back!

Perfect location
Great location, we love going to the marshwalk and the condo was just a couple minutes away. We will be saving this place for future vacations. The condo was very clean lots of space, Beds were super comfy.

Beautiful, roomy condo .
The condo was very nice looking directly out on The family friendly beach out of the main Myrtle Beach hubbub. Our only complaint was the beds in the two back bedrooms need replacing. They bottomed out badly. A big plus was a full size washer and dryer. Beach chairs and toys were present although not mentioned in the listing.

Great view but no AC & Broken Bed on Arrival
Our AC was out the whole time they gave us portable units but it was still uncomfortable when we arrived and the bed was broken. They repaired it on our 3rd day. For the inconvenience, they gave us tickets to wonder works instead of offering us any money back . Place was clean and management always responded to my text . Wish it would’ve been a better experience since my mom has cancer it was not easy on her.

Location was great! Condo had everything we needed including chairs. We left behind 2 new boogie boards and 2 chairs for future guests. The only downfall was some of the plumbing. Master shower drained slow and sometimes toilet would run but this was not much of an issue for us. Check in and check out was really easy and all questions were answered in a timely manner. Only one parking spot was included but we made it work. Thanks so much for a pleasant experience in Garden City!
