July 4th trip
Great property! Quiet area but near dining and attractions. Villa has everything you need. The walk to the beach was further than expected, but enjoyable.

Delightful and Mostly Peaceful.
This condo is spacious, modern and the property was well maintained. Not all occupants of the adjoining condos were tourists. Several condos were occupied by local workers. Dogs were housed in the unit upstairs.

No better place
Quick and easy process grabbing the keys from the lockbox. Even quicker and easier dropping them off. Plenty of room for 4 adults. Nice appliances. As Advertised. Well pleased.

Cleanliness is next to Godliness
Upon check-in we were astonished of the location and how the place looked. As as we started to unpack our belongings and get ready we realized that the place really wasn’t that clean. There was an inch of dust underneath the beds that the beds could use replaced we had our shins all three of us on the beds in the spare bedroom that caused us to bleed however the manager of the property was very responsive we did have a problem with the microwave and he brought one right over. You might want to think about getting a new cleaning crew because it is a very nice property that they are not keeping the property clean. Also the pillows could use some attention as they smelled like they haven’t been changed or washed same with the pillowcases. My wife and IHad to dust off the sheets because there was hair at them The laundry area could use some attention as well for cleaning. They might want to spray for roaches a little bit better than what they do I guess they’re not called roaches they’re called palmetto bugs. After all that we had an excellent time the property manager was very easy to work with answered our calls when we called and the beach was awesome. It’s just a cleaning crew and the beds that made our stay not so great.

Girls Beach Weekend
The condo was a great little location for us as it was close to our friend’s condo. The size was perfect for our needs but there are some things that made our stay less than excellent in our rating. Of course the main drawback is the upstairs neighbor over which our owners would have no control. But there’s lots of walking and noise throughout the sleeping hours which was a problem for us to sleep. Plus they must smoke and it filtered down. The condo could have more kitchen cookware. And the TV had no instructions. I figured it out only because we used to have the same cable company. You need to add a Roku to enable Netflix or Prime or other streaming channels. The checkin could be easier with a door lock with a code rather than the necessity of driving to the office to pick up keys and return them. The rental paperwork could be emailed. Not the easiest rental we’ve had. DJ in the office was very helpful and nice.

Property itself was nice. There were no clear instructions as to which pools we were allowed to use. Also had some issues with the WiFi which affected work and school requirements. Otherwise had a great time.

Nice for family fun
Enjoyed my stay with my 2, 7, and 10 yr old. Comfortable and clean. Located close to several attractions. Only thing is that due to the new rules we had no access to the pool. That was a disappointment. Everything else was very nice.

Perfect for our family
We stayed at this property while our son was playing in a baseball tournament in the Myrtle Beach area. Very clean. Updated. Had everything we needed including space. The resort was nice and clean. Being on the First floor was great with coolers. We had enough encounters with Palmetto bugs (big roaches) to keep me from putting anything in the floors including dirty laundry. It’s unavoidable I’m told but was alarming when we met our first one just before bedtime LOL Not close to beach or pools. No keyless entry which was a little stressful since the door locks behind you. Management people were very nice to work with. I would definitely stay here again. ** I do NOT recommend renting a 6 person golf cart through Kingston Plantation. Horrible customer service.

Kingston Plantation VRBO
Kingston Plantation is a great family place to stay! We rented this condo during a nationals dance competition. The condo was relatively clean, but does need to be sprayed for bugs(we live inSC, so palmetto bugs are always an issue). The beds were not the most comfortable, but were a fine place to lay our heads at night. The second bathroom needed some improvements to the shower head. The kitchen is in desperate need of additional cooking utensils, pots and pans. There were no pans to use in the oven and only two pots to cook with. The coffee pot had a replacement carafe and was not large enough to accommodate the coffee machine, therefore you had to hold the carafe to allow the coffee to fill the pot. Definitely some improvements could make this place an excellent place to stay.

Great location-Excellent Accommodations
We were looking for a place to stay in Myrtle Beach. We had never tried VRBO, but saw the ad and the featured selection of properties. They had several locations to choose from, so we reviewed and and made our selection. Pretty easy! Really it was easy, and everyone involved was awesome to deal with and attentive. Good experience. I would recommend VRBO to friends and family.

Everything was great except the lady and kids in above condo,for some reason she liked doing laundry in middle of night,and alot of walking noise and dog, Trash area not to good in gate by condo. Overall it was great would stay again
